Having previously stayed at El Churra, I knew what to expect. Friendly helpful staff, spotlessly clean rooms and a lovely restaurant on the premises. El Churra is also in a very central location. We stayed in a suite at no extra cost and the decor and spacious layout was amazing! I would highly reccommend staying here as it is definitely great value for money!

Hotel located close to tram and walkable to main bus station but not railway station. 20 minute walk to The Cathedral and Old Town. Plenty of bars, cafes and restaurants. Hotel very clean, staff courteous. Good breakfast.

Couldn't find fault with the hotel, which had a lovely cafe bar and excellent restaurant. Only problem with Murcia is that everything is in Spanish (obviously) which meant that the museums, restaurants etc had no English translations, so we were unable to fully enjoy the city's attractions.

We went for the first time in lovely Murcia. The hotel is near everything. The staff is always smiling. The room was very spacious, and the bed was comfortable. I will just ask for a street view next time. And the breakfast is very good and lots of options are available.

Staff are nice and accommodating, clean hotel, very unique layout, good value, great location close to the city center and lots to do. Also steps away from bus and tram lines. My room had a balcony.

Room was smaller than what I had expected from the pictures. It’s down the street from a hospital and being so close to the city center it can be noisy at night.

From the outset there was not a single problem. I was treated very well, and felt important. I tried to book a second night but the hotel was fully booked over the the week-end which goes to show just how good they are.

I was not told about the 'card key' which doubles as providing the electric power for the room.

The location was great, in the centre but away from the noise. The room was large, professionally cleaned, bed comfortable, shower large. Large Television. Nice lobby with bar. Everything you would want in a hotel without breaking the bank.

Could have done with an extra pillow to watch that big TV from the bed.

We liked the hotel very much. The rooms are big, clean and quiet. The breakfast was great. We had also a dinner at the restaurant of the hotel and it was fantastic. We received recommendations by the waiter and the food we tasted was fantastic. The hotel is minutes away walking to center of the city and has a private garage. We enjoyed our stay there.

The hotel has a supermarket and shops nearby. It has secure parking but it is not within the hotel and requires payment. In the bathroom, the shower area is large. The mattress and pillows are very comfortable. The hotel is within walking distance of tourist attractions. Breakfast is good.

The elevator is small. The breakfast room is small.

Excellent value for money and ideally situated for the city centre. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

It would have been nice to have had coffee making facilities in the room. However, there was a cafe within the hotel complex.

The location was central and made moving around easy. The staff were friendly and welcoming the hotel was clean and inviting. It has a restaurant attached to it so food and drink was good.

Although there was free water everyday there was no coffee making facilities which was a shame.
