Great position Comfortable Well equipped Vg Wi-Fi Easy entry system Heating/cooling worked well. Great shower Walkable to all main areas. Area felt safe at night. Walked back from Parc Guell even. Good restaurants nearby eg Maleducat/Cera23/Casa Dorita/La Gastronomica. Excellent supermarket almost next door that we used most days. Nice not to have keys - PIN number to get in. We stayed 7 nights so having the extra space and facilities compared to a hotel was important.

We were woken one night by a drunk outside . I think this could happen anywhere though. Not cheap but you get a good product.

The apartment was clean, well-stocked, and had everything we needed (even more than we needed but nice to have just in case - a washing machine!). Designed in a way that it felt very spacious. Centrally located, close to metro stops and right across the street from Sant Antoni Market. Nearby cafes where we got breakfast, and a health food store a few doors down (although we did not cook during our stay). Complimentary teas and coffees in the apartment were a nice touch. The system of locking/unlocking the doors was easy to use, once we were granted access to it upon meeting our host at check in (we were hesitant to pay the city tax prior to arrival as lots of sketchy links are sent through Booking.com these days - we opted to pay during check in and were granted access to unlock the doors after this was done, so required some coordination in meeting up with the host). Before check in, as our room was not yet ready, we were allowed to store our luggage in our room and take the time to start exploring the city. The hosts are easy to reach via WhatsApp and phone number and were helpful in scheduling a taxi for our early morning trip to the airport. Great to have an elevator in the building also. BEST WATER PRESSURE EVER in the shower!

Honestly, not much! The apartment and management company were both great. Would recommend and stay again. I would just beware of the shower water as it can get extremely hot.

We loved the comfy bed rooms, the new showers, the awesome water pressure, the comfy kitchen, the intimate dining area that was easy to sit together five grown up people. The elevator was important for us and the easy access for elderly people. Our very friendly host provided us with an early check-in. The code protected storage to put the luggage in was useful to save space in the rooms as well as for post checkout till transportation arrived to take us to the airport. Thank you Aspasios market team for a great time and memories.

We loved everything about the apartment and its location. The market and two supermarkets are right there, adjacent to the building and yet no noise or any issues at all that effected our stay, plenty of cafes, bakeries, and restaurants, easy walk to the gothic center and la ramble. We highly recommend, don't listen to other bad reviews in the website, they are nitpicking on a wonderful appartement and great stay that you will have in Barcelona.

The location was excellent. It is an easy walk to dozens of restaurants and bars and across the street from a wonderful public market. The room was clean and well-stocked with what we needed for our stay. After arrival, the host was communicative and helpful. We had access to the apartment through a digital system. Excellent experience.

Before arrival, I contacted the hotel management company to inquire about temporary parking to unload. The property was not helpful in providing any information about parking, and as it turned out, when I arrived during a busy market time, I could not find anywhere to park. We ended up parking some distance away and taking a taxi to the hotel, which was an unfortunate additional cost and inconvenience.

The apartment was very clean, modern and spacious with all the main facilities you need for a comfortable stay. The location was great as we were opposite a nice market, close to metro stations and had a good selection of shops and places to eat. The hosts were responsive and helpful when we asked for some guidance for our visit and some extra bedsheets. They also provided tea/ coffee and also a cleaning kit which was most welcome. We would come back again and next time hope to get an apartment with a view of the market.

One thing to highlight is that the apartment door was operated by an access code. Upon arrival I was told that this can mechanism can also be operated manually to double-lock the door from the inside. However, I discovered that the door still opened from the outside with the access code. It would be good to also have a manual lock/ latch that can be operated from the inside for extra security, such as at night time.

The location is excellent, with a large market just across the small street. Clean, comfort, safe. The huge luggage storages are extremely helpful for early arrival and late departure.

The instruction for accessing the luggage storage room is erroneous. The image of the keypad by the door of the luggage storage room is entirely different between the one in the instruction and the real physical keypad. We had to call the management to get a man come from upstairs to help us get in the luggage storage room.

The location of the property was fantastic. It was a short 15 minute walk from the central Place de Catalunya and a couple of stops to Passeig de Gràcia. The local metro station Sant Antoni was a 4 minute walk and lots of shops nearby for food and snacks. The apartment was fully equipped and very comfortable. For a family of 4, the apartment was spacious and cosy. Access to the building, apartment and storage facilities was via a 5 digit numeric code so made is extremely convenient. The host Berna met us at check in and this was a short, simple and straightforward process. A couple days in, the apartment was cleaned and fresh towels provided. After check out, the storage facilities were still available till the end of the day if needed which was a real plus. We had a lovely stay and next time will certainly look to stay at the same place when visiting Barcelona.

Not much that we didn't like to be honest!

Excellent, professionally managed property. Stayed three nights September 2024. Quiet, clean, roomy for two, great location with 20-30 minute walks and/or excellent Barcelona transit to major attractions. (Even Aerobus to/from BCN was cheap, easy, and a pleasant 10 min. walk to bus stop.) Everything functioned incl. AC, clothes- and dishwasher; no need to make any requests. Pleasant balcony over street was nice for a relaxing rest between outings. Very good sound proofing. Bed was super comfortable. Ample closet storage. Excellent grocery store next door, plus the Mercat de Sant Antoni market across the street. Interaction with staff was brief but timely and friendly. Would stay again!

Almost nothing, but just a couple small inconveniences: no paring knife, and shampoo dispenser was difficult to squeeze.

We really enjoyed our stay in the apartment. The neighborhood is nice, well-connected and the one-bedroom apartment itself was super spacious for just two people. Everything was super clean and - considering all the tourists coming and going - well-maintained. The kitchen is equipped with everything we needed (pots, pans, plates, knifes, grater, peeler, bowls, lasagne form etc.) to make breakfast or small dishes (we cooked a few times). Guests receive a branded cleaning kit with a sponge, washing up liquid, kitchen towel, garbage bags etc. and more than enough tabs for the dishwasher. We also had more than enough capsules for the nespresso machine, tea as well as oil, salt and pepper to prepare basic dishes. Same goes for the detergent tabs for the washing machine. This was a pleasant surprise as it was something we have not yet seen in many places before. The communication through links and forms seemed a bit unusual at the beginning but proved to be very efficient. We had no issues with the electronic lock and found it very handy. The locker room to store luggage after checking-out is another super positive feature. Definitely a place we would stay again when coming to Barcelona!

The only thing would be maybe the check in process. We probably had a misunderstanding where to meet to the employee of the agency. Apparently it is the apartment and not the building entrance where we waited. In the end we had no tour through the apartment but things were easy to find/ understand.

The apartment was cozy and clean. The host was very nice; they provided a baby chair and cot for my baby without us asking. Everything you could think of was available in the kitchen. There was a house keeping service once during our 3 nights stay. The location was amazing, we went almost everywhere by foot. We just used public transport couple of times to get to Montjuic, Tibidabo, and Sagrada Familia. The neighborhood is wonderful, full of supermarkets and restaurants. Everything is nearby, just few minutes walk. We loved this place and we felt that this is our place when we will come back to Barcelona.

Everything was perfect. There's nothing not to like. One issue though, the washing machine and dryer didn't work properly and I was depending on it to wash my baby clothes. So, it was not a very good surprise that it didn't work. I reported the issue to host through WhatsApp but I didn't get any reply. So, I just advice you not to depend on the washing machine there.
