We loved our stay at Chi in Barcelona. Glad we picked this place. When the safe did not open, the staff was there in 5 min to fix it. Photos were accurate to the room. Staff was very friendly, room was clean and bed was comfortable. The room's heating/air condition did not work (probably b/c February) but we opened the windows every night and the cool breeze made the room comfortable. The location was centrally located with subway station and bus stop very close. It was quiet neighborhood even though it was so close to many attractions. There is a Peruvian restaurant next door to the hotel that was excellent and a cafe on the other side of the hotel, that was also great. There was a convenient store across the hotel so if you need anything, it was in walking distance.

I'm really pleased that I discovered this property after a terrible experience with Centre Hotel Gran Via. Chi Hotel was very welcoming, with great facilities and comfortable accommodations. They had 24/7 reception and services. The staff were well-trained and communicated professionally. They made genuine efforts to allow me to check in early, even though it was not guaranteed. The man on the morning of 13/08 was a gentleman. I want to commend the hotel for their hospitality, and I made sure to refer you to my friends, so you might get busier next August. 😊

Nothing, really. I didn't eat breakfast, but I'm sure it will be good, and it was only €11.5. The receptionist was smart enough to advise me not to prepay until I was sure I would eat breakfast, which was kind and professional.

Look no more. THIS is the hotel to stay in Barcelona! First of all, the location cannot be any better! the metro station is 1 min from the entrance, the neighborhood is beautiful with a really nice vibe and some of the nicest tapas bars of the city. Everything is walking distance if you like to walk. the room is amazing, spacious, with the most comfortable bed and a little balcony that gets you the best sunlight in the morning. But above all.. the room and the hotel is spotless clean! I mean, it’s probably one of the cleanest hotels you will ever stay in. BIG thank you and congrats to the maids. thank you Chi team, you’ve been amazing.

We really enjoyed our stay at Chi Hotel. - Friendly Staff - Perfect size room - Aircon - Swimming pool (very small) but does the job. - Rooms have mini fridge - Easy accessible Felt very welcome and safe at Chi Hotel. The bed was exceptionally comfortable which can be very rare in a hotel. Room was perfect. The hotel is about a 20 Minute walk into Les Ramblas or there is a metro 100m down from hotel front. We did not eat in hotel so cannot comment. Over all would definitely return and 100% recommend this hotel to others.

Everything was perfect. Location is great, there is metro station near and also if you decide to walk the center is close.If you want to go to the beach you can go with metro like 10 min with metro. Breakfast was also great. The staff were very polite and very kind. Lets get to the best part, the room. It was clean and everything is new in the room. It is spacious and bathroom was very good. Rooms has everything that you need and that you have at home. Everytime i go to Barcelona i know where i will stay.

We chose this hotel as it was within a walking distance from the university. Plus the transfer from and to the airport was very comfortable (from Plaza de Espana). The decor is modern and minimalist, but the room is equipped with everything the guest needs. Personally, what I appreciate the most is the space where you can put your belongings (and there was ample horizontal space both in the bathroom and in the room).

You won't be able to sleep with an open window ;-) (due to the busy street outside, but that's the nature of staying in the city centre).

The hotel is located right by the street, very close to the metro, which was very important for us. The room was very clean, cleaned daily, with fresh towels and bed linen changed every day. There was a fridge in the room, and we received a complimentary bottle of water from the hotel each day. The bed was comfortable, the room was quiet, and we couldn't hear the neighbors. The walk-in shower was very nice and convenient. The breakfasts were excellent—everything was fresh, and the bread was warm. I especially liked the small baguettes. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially the lady in the kitchen. The front desk staff was also very kind and took the time to explain everything to us clearly. Which we appreciate deeply! Breakfast is served on the lowest floor which is a great idea, as it provided a quiet and comfortable atmosphere. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again during our next visit to Barcelona.

I liked the hotel per se. The structure is modern, you can tell it has been designed by pros and the atmosphere very relaxing. Rooms seem to be all of the same size; bigger than the average. Location is perfect. Central and Rocafort metro station just by the hotel so very strategic if you need to move around the city. Clean and quiet. I couldn't hear a noise from outside nor inside.

I think they can improve the pillow choice, starting from having at least 2 different kinds per person. I tried to ask the reception, but the extra pillows were actually some sort of cushions and didn't really do help much, but better.

The hotel is in a very convenient location, straight outside Rocafort metro station and a few minutes walking from Plaça d'Espanya. Plus, it is located in a very vibrant and safe neighbourhood, with a lot of restaurants and bars at walking distance. If you don't want a breakfast at the hotel, there's lot of bars nearby that open also very early in the morning. The room was comfortable and quite clean, with a minifridge at your disposal and very reasonable prices for the drinks (water was free). The possibility of leaving the luggage all day at the reception after check-out is very convenient.

While the room was clean, in general, the curtains were full of dust, and that was a bit of a problem for me sleeping near the window. The cleaning staff replaced the soap bar used only one day with a new one, and that's not sustainable.
