The apartment is very spacious and it is decorated very well - good mix of old building with modern facilities. The kitchen was well equipped and the bedrooms were nice and big. It’s in a great location with restaurants, shops and the subway really close by. The stops for buses to the airport or other places are conveniently close by also.
It can be a bit noisy, particularly at night time. We experienced a water shortage which we were given some notice for, although it continued for a second day which was inconvenient- especially as it was our last day when we were leaving. This wasn’t the fault of the property management, but was still annoying.

It was very clean. The building and the apartment are beautiful. Everything we needed was provided, and we even found a bottle of water left for us. We especially appreciated that the air conditioner had been turned on in advance, so we arrived to a pleasantly cool and comfortable space. Communication before check-in was excellent.
The only downside was that the building has thin walls — we could hear our neighbors very clearly. They were talking and laughing loudly at night, and at times it felt like the sound was coming from inside our own apartment.

We had a truly wonderful stay, nice old building, beautiful apartment with city view. Close to the tube, a lot of nice restaurants and historical places. Due to new regulations you need to pay city taxes and complete a separate registration form online, which will come separately from the housing company, not via Booking, before you receive the access instructions to the apartment . The service and communications are handled quickly via Whatsup.

We stayed for just one night, and everything went smoothly. The check-in and check-out process was simple and hassle-free. The apartment met our expectations and was very comfortable—definitely a good value for the price. The master bedroom stood out in particular; it was beautifully designed and tastefully decorated, creating a relaxing atmosphere. While the property is on the pricier side, we felt it was worth it after a long day of travelling. I wouldn’t hesitate to book this place again.

Really close to metro station, easy access to main attractions. Big enough for us to enjoy without feeling cramped. App with details for check in details and how to get there, plus some attractions. Easy communication with the host on whatsapp. Despite what other comments are saying, if you put the whole address on Google or Waze, it gets you to the right location, we didn't have problems locating or accessing the building. We were able to leave our luggage at another location while visiting the city, since we had a morning flight and the apartment wasn't ready yet.
One of the rooms had a really squeaky bed, it was impossible to move without making noise. In the same room the heat wasn't working. The check in message said that for stays longer than 3 nights we get clean up every 2 days. It didn't happened, we had to announce the host and they came on the 4th day. The building and original windows make it impossible to close them fully and isolate the outside noise. For the 2 rooms that face the busy street is a bit of a problem if you are a light sleeper.

Beautiful apartment with plenty of room. Bed was large and comfortable and loved the amenities. Good location, we walked to Las ramblas and barconleta beach but there is also a metro station very close. The guest services were really responsive via whatsapp when we had questions, needed advice etc.
The apartment was on the 7th floor so very high up but the noise from the road was still quite loud. Sofa bed quite small.

The rooms and apartment and location are great! Very nice! Everything was super clean. Amenities were great
The flexibility with check-in is not great. The sinks stopped working in the master bedroom for a few hours. The bedrooms are so small a suitcase can not fit comfortably in the rooms (besides the master bedroom).

The property was beautiful. Of course it was old, and some of the features surprising, ie internal windows opening out to a massive drop, but as we had no vulnerable people with us, that was ok. Beds were comfortable, showers hot and efficient. Dishwasher supplied plus dishwasher tabs. Rooms at the front were noisy but, we were on a main road we expected this

The beauty of the apartment, location and street view. Appreciated the early check in.
Inadequate supplies of tea, washing tablet for the number of nights stay and friendliness of the building keeper. The property head office service is not very helpful in helping with some simple queries about transport to airport. And the tiny lift.
