The location was perfect - everything we wanted to visit was quite near by walking. There are at least 3 supermarkets which are less than 3 minutes by walking from the hotel. Also the metro station was like 1 minute from the hotel. The train which we took from/to the airport was like 5 minutes from the hotel. Breakfast was not so big, but there was everything you need for breakfast (including champagne, which was surprising for us :-) ). If you like sweets, I would definitely recommend their dougnuts - they were amazing. We were here at the end of january and we really enjoyed our breakfast (and a lot of mimosas) in the terrace. The staff was very kind, always helpful. I also have to mention the fragrance at the reception - everytime I entered the hotel I said "oooh that smells good!" :-D

The hotel has 9 floors (but only a few rooms) and only one elevator - sometimes it takes longer than you would want, to wait for the elevator. Also we had an open window all night (we were on the 7th floor) and there was a lot of noice from the main street. In our room there was no minibar, or mini fridge - we missed it a lot, but we survived, in the end it was not big of a deal... maybe in summer I would miss it more.

The location is perfect for those looking to stay near Sagrada Família, groceries and a metro station. The room size is really good and hotel provides you a complimentary bottle of water everyday. The breakfast is decent, has everything basic that you would expect from a breakfast. The staff is so friendly and polite. They allowed us to let our luggage before our room was ready. I would definitely consider staying there again.

The pillow was high, that I had neck pain and I couldn’t sleep well during my stay. I asked the staff for a lower pillow, but there wasn’t any other available. The breakfast could have more variety.

The hotel's proximity to the Clot subway station made it incredibly convenient to explore the city. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always going above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. The breakfast spread was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. Moreover, I had the pleasure of staying on the 8th floor, which offered breathtaking views of the sunrise each day. Finally, I appreciated the soundproofing in my room, which allowed me to enjoy a peaceful and restful night's sleep. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Barcelona.

The hotel is 2 minutes walk from metro station Clot with very good connections with city center and airport (30 minutes by R2N train). The room was very clean, the size of the room was good for three persons, the towels were changed daily. The beds were comfortable. Room temperature was fine, like 20-21C. The breakfast was very good with new options to choose every day. The reception staff was very helpful and nice.

Instead of double bed as we have chosen, we had two beds next to each other; the room for 3 guests had a table with only one chair.

Very comfortable, lovely room with lots of space and great storage. Fabulous fresh pod coffee machine in the room for proper espresso was a lovely touch! Location was good, not on the most glamorous street but close to good transport links and a pleasant short walk to the Sagrada Familia. Staff were very helpful and attentive. Breakfast buffet was great value and a lovely variety of food available.

More coffee pods in the room would have been nice, we only found out there were additional pods available in the lounge area on the last day!

This was my first time visiting Spain and it was for my mother's 60th birthday. The hotel staff were all very nice and helpful when we had questions. The staff even gave us recommendations of things to do during our stay. The room was a good size and we had no issues during our stay. The hotel was in a great location with a bakery nearby (we went there every morning), a super market, and small convenience stores. We were in walking distance of La Sagrada Familia and Torre Glories. The train was right around the corner from the hotel and there were buses nearby as well. The area felt safe and didn't feel like a tourist location because of how calm and quiet it was. If I visit Spain again, I would 100% come back to this hotel.

The only thing I didn't like was the strong smell of perfume that was in the lobby. I'm very sensitive to this but it really didn't affect our stay in any way.

The breakfast was pretty good, the room was clean and cleaned daily. Stuff is very helpful, a grocery store is available next door, the room is exactly like the picture! The window was big and the room was well-lit. The only unexpected thing is that, for some reason, there was a window between the shower and the bedroom lmao. I was traveling with my partner, so we didn't mind it, but it would be weird if I was sharing a room with a family member or a colleague

Had to take 2 transports (metro + bus or 2 different metro lines) and spend 20-30 min on commuting one way to each of the following: beach, park Guell, Sagrada Familia, and many other things. It's not too much, and transportation is simple, and all the relevant stations are very close to the hotel, but if you want to go to the beach (for example) daily, consider a location with direct commute available

excellent location, close to the metro station and train station, many shops, also pleasant staff, good selection for breakfast and quality of products, clean room upon check-in, tea/coffee and a bottle of water every day, at the reception there is always lemonade, champagne, fruits for you. The room was comfortable for us, not noisy, far from the elevator

cleaning the room, it seemed to me that the floors had not been washed. The exit to the roof terrace opens after 10 am and closes at 10 pm, so my husband had to go downstairs from the 8th floor to smoke.despite the fact that there is an elevator, it’s not very comfortable . lack of slippers - but we knew about it

Very good location, lots of shops around, easy access to bus and only 20 minutes walk to Sagrada Familia. Very clean and the bathroom was big with an amazing shower, room was big and very comfortable. bed .. breakfast was very good too.. Very good AC .Champaign, croissants, and apples at the reception. I was very impressed with everything. I already recommend the hotel to a few on my friends.

I have nothing to complain about. Everything was good .

Overall, I had a particularly enjoyable five night stay at this hotel. Check-in was particularly good, and I really liked my top floor room with views out to Barcelona's Gherkin (Torre Glòries). Staff in all areas were professional and friendly - reception, restaurant and housekeeping. The variety and quality of items available at breakfast is very good. The hotel makes some effort to change the hot food items and fresh fruit selection each morning; other items remain unchanged. The hotel is handily located to stations for two of the main metro lines - lines 1 and 2 - as well as a Renfe train station.

One wifi signal applies to the whole property. Each time one logs in, one has to click agree to terms and conditions and see some dated online advertising for this hotel chain. The signal drops out fairly frequently - reception suggested logging in and out once every hour, but on my final morning in particular, the signal was dropping out more quickly than this. In recent months, I have been able to get fast reliable internet in accommodation in third world countries that costs a tiny fraction of the cost of a room in this hotel. This hotel, and perhaps the chain as a whole, need to improve the quality of internet provision so that it befits a decent hotel in a first world country in 2024.
