Our early arrival on flight from N. America was accommodated with luggage storage and the front desk was very helpful for us to organize our first day of visiting Barcelona. At the planning stage, it was not clear how convenient the hotel is to the city but with Barcelona's fantastic transit system, we quickly got into the old town and La Rambla and it is also just a few minutes of a walk to Sagrada Familia. All staff are excellent. We got to know Angel in particular and is a fine fellow. We spent most of six days and certainly could have used more time there as Barcelona has so much to see and do. Many restaurants nearby and the hotel has a very good breakfast.

I care the most is if the room is clean, and that I have no words about..it was sparkling clean! Housekeeping ladies, thank you so much for your great work! Every day fresh towels, made bed, vacuumed, fresh water - 10/10 ⭐️ we had a bigger superior room with included bathrobes, and size of the room was perfect for longer stay. Oh, and super comfortable beds! It's true that the breakfast is every day the same, but still delicious. I need a morning coffee, so I prefer to have it in the hotel instead of walking half sleeping, looking for a place to eat. We were 7 days, and we had breakfast there every day. Small rooftop pool just enough, but it can be very crowded in the afternoon hours. In general,I recommend it very much 💚✨️

One thing to be aware of - walls are made of paper, you can hear everything. From elevator sound, people talking in hallway or water going down the drains. If you have a light sleep, this may not be a good place for you. I used earplugs the first night, and then I got used to the noise.

The hotel did meet my expectations. The reception guy was very friendly and helpful. The location was really good. Close to the metro, 15min walking distance to La Sagrada Familia. Several places to eat in walking distance. The coffe machine makes really good coffee.

The room was smaller than in looks in the pictures. We had 3 beds and they got all the space. The beds could have been better, they move easily.

great staff, very friendly and accommodating. They let us leave our suitcases there in the morning so we could go out and explore Barcelona. The hotel was very clean and all our needs were met, comfy beds, good shower etc. it wasn't anything really fancy but it was really good value for money at a great location, we could walk everywhere in the centre and a few min walk from metro station if we wanted to travel further afield. Would definitely stay again and would recommend.

We were fine in our room but the people in the room next door to our friends, had a dog and they went out and left it alone in their room! so it was barking and scratching the walls until they came back around midnight! The sound insulation wasn't great and they struggled to sleep but this has nothing to do with the hotel but with bad dog owners!

Location is only 15/20 mins walk to the sagrada familia which was really handy. If you're up for the 35/45 mins walk to the beach or it's only 8/10 mins in a taxi. Plenty of taxis drive past the hotel so you can always call one down or use free now or Uber if you prefer. The pool was always a nice temperature, but there were only a few loungers as it's a small pool and area but definitely enough for 3 couples.

Beds weren't overly comfortable for myself as I was 7 months pregnant, if you sleep with more than one pillow at night I would suggest using the extra one in the wardrobe or request an extra from reception. This was the only downside.

The staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. The hotel was exceptionally clean. The breakfast was fresh and offered a great variety. The beds were clean and comfortable. The bathroom was immaculate and fully functioning. The location was a short metro ride from the city and the metro stop was a short walk from the hotel - very easy to get into and back from the city & attractions. The roof top plunge pool and lounge area was great. We cannot fault this hotel and would definitely stay here again and recommend it for city break stays. Just around the corner were shops and cafes so you could buy drinks and snacks and lunch.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like about this hotel.

- The staff was very nice (especially Erika) - The location is close to a Metro station that‘ll take you anywhere & close to the Sagrada - Breakfast is good with a wide variety, lots of fruit & different kinds of bread - The room was nice, we loved the big mirrors & wardrobe - Beds were comfy

- The bedsheets were a bit annoying & not very warm - The shower could use a bigger glas „door“, the way it is designed we always splashed half the bathroom - Some of the baked goods at breakfast always tasted like they were a day or two old, not so fresh - barista plant milk instead of normal one would be great for coffee ;)

I stayed in this hotel for five nights. The room was very clean, bed wonderfully comfortable and the room quiet. The staff professional and friendly. I used the gym a few times which is clean and tidy (they even give you extra towels) although very small, but I think very few people use it during the stay, so I was always alone during the workout and all the machines were at my disposal :) The pool on the terrace is very small, don't imagine big spaces on the rooftop (as well as the breakfast area) but it's a nice place to relax outside. The hotel is right in front of the Clot metro and a short walk from Pobleneu so it is a perfect location. Overall I highly recommend this hotel :)

the last day we realised that the fridge in our room was not working properly so we had to throw away some food that had spoiled.

The location is a little off centre but the hotel is right next to train/metro stations which can take you to the centre in 10 mins. The Sagrada Familia is a walking distance away with some eating options around the hotel without the touristy crowd. The room was very good with all necessary toiletries, but during our stay in April, the days were still a bit colder and there was no heating and the blankets were not warm enough. But the staff was helpful and gave us extra blankets.

The first night was a bit uncomfortable since the blankets were quite thin and did not do a great job keeping warm. But the super helpful staff of course gave us extra blankets for the following nights. I also wish the breakfast spread had more options.

This hotel is really just 5 minutes from the Clot metro station and juat 4 stops from the airport if you get the R2 train. The neighborhoud is surrounded with restaurants, cafes. They have a terrace at the 8th floor with a mini pool and a great view.

The walls are very thin so unless u are very tired after the city break, u can hear every little whisper in the other room. It would have been nice to have a coffe/tea machine in the room.
