Hotel in a relatively good location, close to Sagrada Familia but a little further from the center. Staff very friendly and helpful, room small but acceptable for three adults for a short stay. Breakfast classic but delicious.

The window looked out onto the facade of another building so we felt like we were in prison, parking is charged at 22€ per day in the garage, which is about 100-200m from the hotel, and when you park at -4 you have a lot of stairs, so it is recommended that only the driver leave, and the rest with luggage go out in front of the hotel. These are certainly minuses of a more technical nature that do not diminish the quality of the hotel in other respects.

Our early arrival on flight from N. America was accommodated with luggage storage and the front desk was very helpful for us to organize our first day of visiting Barcelona. At the planning stage, it was not clear how convenient the hotel is to the city but with Barcelona's fantastic transit system, we quickly got into the old town and La Rambla and it is also just a few minutes of a walk to Sagrada Familia. All staff are excellent. We got to know Angel in particular and is a fine fellow. We spent most of six days and certainly could have used more time there as Barcelona has so much to see and do. Many restaurants nearby and the hotel has a very good breakfast.

I care the most is if the room is clean, and that I have no words about..it was sparkling clean! Housekeeping ladies, thank you so much for your great work! Every day fresh towels, made bed, vacuumed, fresh water - 10/10 ⭐️ we had a bigger superior room with included bathrobes, and size of the room was perfect for longer stay. Oh, and super comfortable beds! It's true that the breakfast is every day the same, but still delicious. I need a morning coffee, so I prefer to have it in the hotel instead of walking half sleeping, looking for a place to eat. We were 7 days, and we had breakfast there every day. Small rooftop pool just enough, but it can be very crowded in the afternoon hours. In general,I recommend it very much 💚✨️

One thing to be aware of - walls are made of paper, you can hear everything. From elevator sound, people talking in hallway or water going down the drains. If you have a light sleep, this may not be a good place for you. I used earplugs the first night, and then I got used to the noise.

Nice variety at breakfast that we pre-purchased with good coffee and fresh squeezed OJ. Clean room, extra-long single beds that were put together making a KING size bed was one of the largest we encounter while staying in Spain and Portugal. We enjoyed the roof deck at sunset with a bottle of Cava we had chilling in the fridge. Small roof pool but still looked clean and refreshing but we didn't have time for a dip. It closed shortly after 8 or 9pm or so I believe...though as a courtesy they let us stay on roof a bit longer.

great staff, very friendly and accommodating. They let us leave our suitcases there in the morning so we could go out and explore Barcelona. The hotel was very clean and all our needs were met, comfy beds, good shower etc. it wasn't anything really fancy but it was really good value for money at a great location, we could walk everywhere in the centre and a few min walk from metro station if we wanted to travel further afield. Would definitely stay again and would recommend.

We were fine in our room but the people in the room next door to our friends, had a dog and they went out and left it alone in their room! so it was barking and scratching the walls until they came back around midnight! The sound insulation wasn't great and they struggled to sleep but this has nothing to do with the hotel but with bad dog owners!

The staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. The hotel was exceptionally clean. The breakfast was fresh and offered a great variety. The beds were clean and comfortable. The bathroom was immaculate and fully functioning. The location was a short metro ride from the city and the metro stop was a short walk from the hotel - very easy to get into and back from the city & attractions. The roof top plunge pool and lounge area was great. We cannot fault this hotel and would definitely stay here again and recommend it for city break stays. Just around the corner were shops and cafes so you could buy drinks and snacks and lunch.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like about this hotel.

Location is only 15/20 mins walk to the sagrada familia which was really handy. If you're up for the 35/45 mins walk to the beach or it's only 8/10 mins in a taxi. Plenty of taxis drive past the hotel so you can always call one down or use free now or Uber if you prefer. The pool was always a nice temperature, but there were only a few loungers as it's a small pool and area but definitely enough for 3 couples.

Beds weren't overly comfortable for myself as I was 7 months pregnant, if you sleep with more than one pillow at night I would suggest using the extra one in the wardrobe or request an extra from reception. This was the only downside.

Thought the pool was going to be bigger. Weather was not that warm to start with though. A paucity of pool chairs. Pool closes at 8:00 p.m. so no chilling on the rooftop after that time. Sun doesn't even go down until 9:30 sometimes. Did not buy the 15 Euro breakfast. Plenty of options nearby for coffee and pastry for much less. Handheld shower could use more pressure

The hotel reception staff were very helpful from the moment we arrived during the power outage across Spain for our last night in Barcelona before our flights home. The room itself was small but very clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The hotel had power which was very welcome given the general situation across Barcelona.

There was nothing to dislike however if I could make a suggestion perhaps a kettle in the room, along with tea, coffee, cups and spoons would be very appreciated by guests.

- The staff was very nice (especially Erika) - The location is close to a Metro station that‘ll take you anywhere & close to the Sagrada - Breakfast is good with a wide variety, lots of fruit & different kinds of bread - The room was nice, we loved the big mirrors & wardrobe - Beds were comfy

- The bedsheets were a bit annoying & not very warm - The shower could use a bigger glas „door“, the way it is designed we always splashed half the bathroom - Some of the baked goods at breakfast always tasted like they were a day or two old, not so fresh - barista plant milk instead of normal one would be great for coffee ;)
