The hotel is a quiet property hidden away in the countryside of an overcrowded touristy Mallorca. They have a fantastic and child friendly pool and a private access to a beautiful beach. We travelled with a 1,5 year old and it was extremely comfortable to make use of their private access and parking to the beach in the morning and in the afternoon we enjoyed their pool. Every Tuesday and Friday they organise a BBQ at the property, which I recommend 100%! (Does need reservation in advance). Breakfasts were fantastic, with lots of variety, also gluten free options. We go to the Baleares every year and it’s true that it’s getting more and more crowded. But Hotels like Son Cosmet make it possible to still enjoy the island in absolute peace. Highly likely that we will return!

Absolutely stunning property. Immaculate and loved the keeping with its roots with the touches and decor all around the property. Don’t expect modern although the keeping with its original surroundings are great. All staff friendly and welcoming. Family run business. Beautiful grounds and pool area. Great breakfast. Great place to relax and unwind. Very easy to visit other places in the vicinity as long as you have a car. Beautiful corner of Mallorca.

The pictures do not do the justice of this hotel as it is SO spacious and absolutely stunning. Loved the history of this place and the aesthetics were perfect (gardening / interior is 100/10). Hotel itself was very close to a lot of the beaches and we would go to Sa Rapita (~10min drive) to eat and drink. Breakfast was delicious and swimming pool was big and well maintained. Highly, highly recommend this place. If I ever go back, I would love to stay for a longer period!

The breakfast was lovely , and it was great to have it outside under an old olive tree .

There was nobody in reception and we walked all round trying to find someone . The owner was feeding her baby - fair enough , but she could have left a note saying when she would be back , especially as we arrived at the exact time we said we would . The only dinner option was a barbecue , but at 40 euros per head we thought it was too expensive .

Our stay at Hotel Son Cosmet was incredible, it is difficult to sum up the atmosphere in a review. The hotel is a perfect combination of traditional Mallorca and luxury boutique. Situated in the Mallorcan countryside, the hotel is a historic farmhouse that has been tastefully converted to be a boutique hotel. With a beautiful pool surrounded by olive trees, you can very easily spend the day relaxing, watching the birds and swimming. The room was lovely - large with a beautiful 4 post bed and it was probably the cleanest hotel we’ve ever stayed in. Breakfast every morning was a treat with Meli making sure we had everything we might want. She always greeted us with a beaming smile and by the end we felt as if we were friends - very special. The dinners twice a week were lovely, we ended up having it on both occasions we were there. Amazing locally sourced food cooked to perfection, and with a great selection of wine to accompany, all served by Meli making it all the better. We will definitely be back!

Nothing, everything was perfect!

This is the very first time that I'm so under the positive influence of the Son Cosmet that I find it hard to squeeze it all into one review. From the very first approach to the land of Son Cosmet which is enormously spread and it feels like you are entering Earth-based heaven. The friendly host, and owner who keeps Son Comset running awaited me in the evening and showed me the Tower room where I was staying. The details, the heritage pieces that were passed from family members are so well maintained that you will barely nowaday find such vintage furniture so well preserved. The Room is spacious and the private balcony was such a privilege. As well as an upper floor with a living room and a working desk that helped me to do my business remotely for some days. From the room, you could see the whole land, the palms, and the pool that is as inviting as it looks. I spent 7 days and have met some great people who said that have found this pearl of Hotel over 20 years ago and are coming back every year...again and again. This is just a place where you wish to come back every year...or simply stay and live there. I'm surely coming back again.

What a charming property! It was an oasis or expansive lawns and stone farmhouses. I loved the fact that there were horses (and a tiny kitten) on the farm. The hosts were genuinely warm and it was a fantastic deal for the price. The pool was heavenly. Don't miss the dinners on property~

Beautiful 16th century house in a wonderful Mallorquin finca set. Perfectly groomed and maintained. Delicious breakfast is served every day with many local ingredients and impeccable service.

This place is beautiful; run by a very nice family. The bbq Tuesday night was spectacular. The ambience, the guests, the serenity and the views are well worth the spend. I will go back.
