There was not anything not to like!!

This small design hotel is very beautiful. It is the centre of Campos and yet it is a peaceful spot. Our room was spacious with a wonderfully comfortable bed making for a blissful nights sleep. We are in the restaurant in our first night and the food is delicious.

We were disappointed when we discovered the pool and sun loungers were in the shade for most of the day. Our stay was in late September and the receptionist explained the pool area only gets sun during the summer months when it is high in the sky. The spa is luxurious however we wonder about the hotel’s decision to allow access only on an exclusive booking system. It seems a number of people could easily be accommodated allowing guests to enjoy this beautiful facility at any one time.

The staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast excellent, with some nice à la carte options. The spa and gym facilities were clean and accessible - it was great to book them for private use.

The bathroom setup was a little odd, with no separation with the bedroom and allowed very little privacy or ventilation. It would have been nice to have some more sweet options for the à la carte breakfast.

We LOVED this place! We did not plan to stay here but we hated the other hotel we were at so changed last minute and was a great surprise! Staying here was the highlight of our trip!!! It was so special - the architecture and decor were beyond amazing. The rooms were fabulous! The staff was incredible - so nice and helpful. The food was amazing!!! The included breakfast was so lovely and delicious. We met some other cool couples here. It is a more "local" neighborhood - and we found some amazing restaurants that had such great food - that were not touristy at all. It was 10 minutes from a great beach. I could go on and on about this place - I was sad to leave. If I ever go back to Mallorca - this is where I will stay!!!

The pool was smaller than it looked in the photos - but there was usually plenty of room and I could have laid out there all day with the music, water fall and shade!

Wow, wow and wow. This place is a designer masterpiece. From the entrance to the room, pool area and spa, every detail of this property is thought through to not only look beautiful but give pleasure and make you feel comfortable. The service was amazing. Our room was beautiful, even better looking than the pictures you see on a booking. Breakfast - even though it might seem small, has amazing quality. All hot dishes done on order: any eggs, pancakes you want. Pool area is perfect to relax, but if you want you can book (for free) the spa - you book the hour and it's only for you!! How cool is that? You can eat in the 2 restaurants or if you want you can have a walk on a beautiful Campos. No problem with the parking on the street in front of the hotel. Can't wait to be back because it is truly a hidden gem!

We loved iur stay in Campos! Amazing facilities, incredibly helpful and lovely staff - especially Arnau! Great location to explore the island and do day trips and then be able to come back and relax by the pool with friendly service and delicious food. Ee had dinner at Kairiku and it was INCREDIBLE, highly recommend for anyone staying to book for this restaurant.

Absolutely adored our stay. The bedding was the softest and most luxe haven. We felt we were in a church or cave. The staff was exceptionally hospitable and warm. It was a haven through and through.

Literally the only thing that wasn’t perfect was that our bathroom had glass doors…not my favorite thing for a romantic trip with a partner.

In the small frame of Campos you can find an oasis of peace where the location and the staff made our holiday unforgettable. The rooms are large and bright, the swimming pool intimate and well-kept. A special note to the restaurant, the chef has been able to make the most of the entire structure by giving the gastronomic offer an innovative touch while respecting tradition. I absolutely recommend the stay, intimate and special!

The overall design of the hotel was something I very much enjoyed and appreciated. The layout takes full advantage of the typical warm weather in Mallorca with a relaxing outdoor courtyard area. There is very good indoor and outdoor seating, which makes breakfast and dining enjoyable no matter the weather. The rooms are also beautiful and I liked how the rooms looked into the nice looking courtyard. Overall, the general vibe and atmosphere of the hotel is its biggest asset. Also, I recommend visiting restaurant Can Calent for dinner during your stay.

I am always disappointed when the TV doesn't offer streaming with services like Chromecast. That is probably my only complaint. I would still recommend this hotel to anyone thinking of visiting nearby.

I absolutely enjoyed my stay at Sa Creu Nova. It ticked every box for me with regards to design, quality, service and comfort. The hotel is a boutique gem in a lovely, quaint and quiet town of Campos. the transport links to busier tourist hubs like Palma are excellent, especially the bus system that services pretty much all major stops from West to East of the Island. the Hotel, and Campos itself is perfectly placed for those who want quick access to the most stunning beaches the island had to offer like Es Trenc of even more breathtaking ones likes Cala Llombards and Cala des Moro, all within 30 mins from Campos and its two main bus stops (La Verge). Its a beautiful, unique hotel that offers a tranquil and refreshing stay, away from the constant tourist buzz of Palma, but with great access to get in and out when you want.
