Ours had a well-equiped kitchenette. - Very quiet place with high relaxing potential, thanks to its remote location

- Remote location 1: this long road leading to the finca seems infinite at the beginning, but you'll get used to drive through it! - Remote location 2: the wireless network and the mobile phone coverage (probably the same) are reliable most of the time, but not ultra-performant. - Like many other guests who left a review here, we had mixed feelings regarding the owner of the place, who is probably doing lots of good things on the background, but needs to improve his manners and communication skills with his guests.

The property is set just outside the town of Felantix. Perfect location to be out of a busy area for peace and quiet. Yet still within easy driving distance to everything you need. The property is very traditional, which is very nice. It had a good size pool that was very clean. The sunbeds were very modern and comfortable, with areas of cover for shade. It had a pool shower which was nice a d refreshing when it got warm. The area was very peaceful with almost no noise at all, this was perfect for us. The breakfast area was beautiful every morning being able to enjoy it outside was great. The breakfast has a fantastic selection, pastries, breads, cereals, meats, cheese, vegetables and just so much more. The staff were very attentive and catered to your needs. The rooms were cleaned every day with fresh towels ready for you. The air con was great in the rooms, nice and cool after some really hot days. The beds were very big and really comfortable. The bathroom had everything you needed including a hairdryer. We had an early flight in on our first day and were catered for even though it was early. On our last day we had to leave before breakfast, our hosts made us sandwiches to take with us which was extremely kind.

The wifi was slow and often not working in our room. We did not mention it as we actually really enjoyed not having our phones. It was a great break from them.

The rooms were very clean, the breakfast on the terrasse was awesome and had lots of options (the home made jams are to die for!!!), and the host was great to help us plan our daily activities. She gave us recommandations and was very nice and attentive! Perfect place to stay when exploring the south-east of the island. Would definitely stay again

Overall it was great but here are simple suggestions! Separate Towels for the pool would be nice. Also I know that it’s written on booking and our host was gracious to accommodate us but the check in hours between 5 and 8 feels pretty restrictive. I know it’s small and run only by 2 people so I understand the reason behind.

The finca is absolutely stunning, exuding a relaxing holiday vibe from the moment you arrive. The breakfast is exceptional, boasting daily servings of fresh vegetables, fruit, and juices, not to mention homemade marmalade. The rooms are beautifully representative of the traditional Mallorcan finca style that many visitors seek. Additionally, the host is friendly and always available to answer any questions or provide helpful tips!

A real double bed would have been preferable.

Our hosts provided explicit instructions on how to reach the property and were very accommodating even though we were to arrive late at night. The breakfast spread was expansive and local, and the grounds were tranquil and beautiful. The beds were very comfy and we got some great nights of sleep!

Everything was perfect!

Lovely quiet rural location with a pool and spacious rooms. Breakfast was really nice and a lot of effort was put into it, host was very accommodating about making sure we had a nice breakfast. Beautiful sunsets. We loved the chickens and roosters roaming around…

Arrival instructions poorly written (translated to English). We had ants which wasn’t a major issue but it would have been smart to inform us not to leave out any food at all (we were treated like it should have been completely obvious to us). I saw from other reviews that people perceive the hosts as unfriendly — but I don’t necessarily agree. They are just sometimes a little bit awkward! Sheets and towels could be updated. More plastic containers could be provided if there is a problem with ants.

Micheal and Stefi are amazing hosts giving tips on what to see on the Island, preparing breakfast every day, and looking after the property and land around it. We went as a family and loved the location, super quiet in the middle of nowhere. Plenty of places to sit outside and the outside swimming pool (most times just for us as noone else was using it) it was great. Car is a must if you are staying here but with that you have an easy drive to the entire island. Daily housekeeping and new covers every 2 days was great 👌🏻

You need to deal with flies but bearing in mind the location not much can be done other than accept it.

Excellent breakfast, lovely little hotel, very quuet when we stayed there. you will need a car to reach the place but the drive is easy. landlady was very helpful and gave us plenty of tips re sightseeing, markets etc

gorgeous property, really well maintained and close to all the best spots on the southeastern part of the island. the breakfasts were outstanding and so were the hosts who were very helpful and full of great suggestions of things to do and local places to eat. wonderful to be between the orange, lemon and olive trees and see the Milky Way at night!

nothing, great stay and good value for money

We really enjoyed being surrounded by the beautiful countryside of Mallorca. The place was quite, the room was very clean. Having the pool and longes to chill at the end of the day was great. Breakfast was good and varied.

We didn’t like the manner of the landlord
