Staff is very polite and helpful. Dinners and breakfast were fresh and tasty. Room was quite as requested and kept clean. Cleanings were made in the morning. Massage with Dalia was reviving.

We had to pay extra for water at dinner and buy water for us for the day, because there was no water in the room, which is unacceptable. In this type of climate water must be free and available always and everywhere and people must be reminded to drink water to avoid dehydration. Like it was before. I do not understand why it is different now.

Beautiful hotel with big territory, ponds and gardens, really good place to escape and have vacation. Staff amazingly nice and helpful, always smiling. Rooms good size, newly equipped, with terraces or balconies. Ask for building 4 or 5 if you not gonna party in Hotels bars and need silence to sleep. Buffet had good choice, everyday changing selection of freshly grilled meat, fish, had pizza, nachos days. Very smart solution - they assign you the same table for all staying time, so you don't have to look for it every night with plates in hands. Lunch restaurant (extra) had surprisingly good food too- I tried tuna tar tar, so it was much more better and cheaper than the one in the city. So easily can suggest to have lunch there too. Really quality time there. And its close to the beautiful beaches, Es Trenc- must go for a day, don't stuck by the pool. Crystal water and white sandy beach - amazing.

If it is possible not to like - so its guests. Drunk brits all day at the bar, not moving. People who put towels on the pool chairs and not coming half day. People, who stays whole week, and cannot learn at least one word in spanish to thank the hard working staff- Gracias! Its easy, you, lazy germans :( There is no respect for the country they came, and somehow they think, that everyone should speak german... And these weekends party at loby bar with tastless live music till 3 at night... Does really that kind of hotel needs this cheep entertaining for some drunk beer drinkers? But hotel is so big and has many other nice things, that you dont meet those people, if you dont like :)

This is a big hotel but with the smaller structures (our room was in a building with one floor) and well spread out in a rather mature and well kept garden, you never felt it was that big. The room itself was spacious even for a family of 4 and the aircon worked well. The layout of the different pools was super nice but this is also the main area that is in desperate need of renovation. The floor around the SPA pool (outside) needs to be changed because it felt outdated but with that said, the floor around the main pools seems to have been changed recently and is modern and rather well kept. The pool bar which is a big hit for this hotel as well as the pools around felt worn down and in need of a good scrub or, to be fully renovated. The Balinese bed area around the pool is a good idea but as already mentioned by other guests, almost every service/offering at this hotel comes to an extra cost. My husband tried the SPA and thought it was the best SPA in all the different 4 star hotels we have stayed at in Majorca over the years. The pool restaurant was good and the buffet in the main restaurant offered rather high quality and varied food choices throughout the week (themed evenings like Arab, American, Mallorcan..). A short 10min walk to different beautiful beaches and there is a shuttle service for those that do not wish to walk. Overall, what makes this a nice hotel is the wonderful staff. Special mention to Elena in the pool restaurant (I have rarely met a more service minded and friendly person) as well as the older man in the pool bar (not sure if his name was Lorenzo). Unfortunately, there are also a few reasons why we will not go back to this hotel: For 500Eur per night and half board during peak season (family of 4), I would still expect free water/beer offers at dinner (free water offered only during breakfast). You have to take into account a much higher budget than initially anticipated only because of the extras at dinner time.

Very comfortable and large bed, nice balcony, very well maintained property. We chose half-board option, both breakfast and dinner had a wide variety to choose from, menu changing daily. Heated pool was great and you don't have to pay for a spa pass to visit it. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay!

Room's sound isolation was not the best, you could hear doors banging and when someone flushed their toilet. The spa area was a disappointment to us, saunas were cold.The area was a bit secluded, so a convenient option would be renting a car (grocery store and restaurants are still nearby to the hotel, if you don't want to go sightseeing of the island).

- very child friendly - lots of pools, play area for smaller children, pool entertainment every day. - lovely entertainment in the evening. - 5 to 10 minute walk to the beach. - shuttle bus (free) from hotel to beaches. - 5 minute walk to town. - friendly staff - food was absolutely phenomenal - spa massage was great (they do joint ones for children and parent) - the food spreads were amazing - cater for all tastes and truly a kid's dream when the chocolate fountain comes out! - medical centre and minimarket on site.

- lots of mosquitos (!!!) - was 10 days after rain. Prepare for them! - would have been nice to have access to daily bottle of water/drinks in room - however there is a minimarket shop on site to buy bottles on site.

I stayed unfortunately only one night at this hotel. I am not used to going to big hotels with many rooms as I am convinced that the excessive number of rooms translates to a reduction in quality. In this case, I must reconsider. The room is very comfortable, extremely clean. The breakfast is of a very high standard. Despite the high number of people, most preparations are made on the spot with top-quality ingredients. The selection is wide. A special thanks to the manager Aron, particularly attentive to the needs of the guest, always present.

Great place for families. Really suggested. Our room was not so big, but all new, nice and clean and with wooden floor. The hotel is super! Garden is great and always in perfect shape, 1 baby pool great as in pictures, the playground is very big, i guess it’s nice in less hot months. 8 perfect tennis court and you can rent your staff to play there. Other 3 connected pools always clean. The buffet for breakfast is super! For dinner is also nice but we preferred to go out.. colonia st jordie center is 10-15min walking and is very nice with very good restaurants. For lunch there is a restaurant aside the pool with great food (but not cheap). Every night there from 9 to 10.30 (if i remmeber well) there is animation and shows (childrens will have a lot of fun)! The staff is also very nice.

Only negative thing: The elevator was broken for 2-3 days. Moreover the village is very big.. so you may need walk 5 minutes to go from our room to the breakfast area. But it’s ok.. as walking in that garden is very nice!

Food ok for a large hotel, service at dinner was hit or miss but if you stay for a while and Figure out who is amazing, stay in that area. Exceptional service in spa (but not part of property).

Did not appreciate when I checked in early and was given room keys only to walk all the way back to building 5 and see that room was not yet ready. Wasn't dealt with appropriately, few drinks on the house would have gone a long way while waiting.

Very family friendly, fabulous buffet food where our coeliac managed to find a selection of food. Evening activities were highly amusing especially the band and dancing. The two pools offered lots of space to spread out but it was busy, there were pool side activities that were rather loud if you weren't taking part but everyone was having lots of fun. Booking of the tennis courts was easy. Next time I would take more sports kit as the gym was good. Rooms were very comfy with excellent aircon and fridge. Note hotel is not on the beech but by the salt lakes - frequent free bus runs to and fro the bus. We used our car to explore but you could walk to the supermarket. Very friendly staff who made our short stay a very happy one.

Our fridge wasn't very powerful compared to the one in our daughters room. Tennis courts need servicing as clay worn. Complimentary water should be included with dinner as charging for it was a little much.
