The only and most irritating thing was the hotel manager..she used to speak with every German speaking guest,but barely spoke with English speaking guests like us..at the dinner time she used to create a long waiting queues with no reason..she use to speak with every German speaking guest, rather then check room number and off you go for your dinner..we were with child under two, so waiting wasn't pleasure..we travel a lot, but it was first time that hotel manager, is painfully irritating and use to be there 24/7, at the breakfast and dinner time taking plates of the table and etc.. might be staff shortage,but she is a manager - so do your job and manage people. Also the child chairs were dirty every day..seems nobody was cleaning them, I had to clean it all the time..

I stayed in this hotel the second time, perfect choice for quality and money, good food, very comfortable stay to travel alone, nice very long walking road near sea, very good beach just 4 min walking.

Some days during the night it was very hot, probably it was something with the air conditioner in my room as I wasn’t able to properly set up the temperature. I had a feeling that this air conditioner is managed outside the room and the general temperature was set too hot.

Staff were excellent and the food was better than most 4 star hotels, it was very clean and the hotel is nice

The fact that I couldn't take my kid to the spa, but they did offer me to go to another hotel of theirs where I could go with my child (which was ok, had to drive but still they gave me a solution)

We were checking-in late evening when the dinner was over already. So we have not expected any dinner even if it was included in out room rate. We were really delighted when the receptionist took us to the dining room where there was a cold dinner ready for us. Really nice. The receptionist was really a nice guy, explained us everything. We liked the balcony in the room, nice size, nice view. Music in the bar in the evening was a nice relax in the end of the day.

The two beds in the room could be joined (fixed) together as they were slightly moving which was not the best feeling.

Nice rooms with big balcony. Delicious breakfast and dinner. Meat and vegan options both are good. Beach is close and it is ideal for children.

We have 3 beds in the room. 1 of them is not comfortable. It was so soft. Safe costs 4.5 Euro per day... Of course it is so tiny amount compare to what you pay hotel but still annoying...

This hotel is absolutely fabulous. The staff, the location and the food is amazing. We stayed half board, and both breakfast and dinner were always great. So much variety and always super fresh. We have stayed here many times and we will definitely be back. We would highly recommend this hotel.

The location is excellent, a very short distance from the beach, and also not too far from the bus station at the top of the road, which is useful when going to Alcudia direction. The staff are very friendly, especially the receptionist Esperanza - thanks for all your tips. The room is clean, and the beds are made every morning, which is great. The air-conditioning also works quite well, which is super critical in the summer heat. The buffer breakfast and dinner isn't the best I've seen, but there are enough choices that you won't go hungry. The bar lady downstairs is also very friendly and the pool area is awesome to relax at. You have to pay 10 euros deposit to get a get pool towel and 2.5 euros to replace it when dirty - totally reasonable. Note it is a family hotel... But as a solo traveller I did not find this too disruptive. The rooms are also well insulated from sound so I did not get woken up once due to noise. There is also a fridge in each room, useful to keep a bottle of water cooled (the tap water does not taste nice at all). All in all, good value for money hotel and you will not go wrong booking it.

The coffee / cappuccino automatic machine doesn't make the best cappuccino, but it's a small niggle. The bathrooms are design in a modern way, which means the shower only has a glass fort covering half the entrance. This means when showering at full water pressure, water definitely spills in to the whole bathroom. Just a note as you will need a towel to mop it up. Perhaps a Design over Function issue. I any event the bathrooms were cleaned every morning so this was not a issue, just observation.

The location is great if you decided to stay in Can Picafort. There are numerous restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Moreover, the hotel is just a 2-min walk from the beach. The bus station is also conveniently located approximately 5 minutes away, allowing you to visit nearby places: Alcudia, Palma, Inca, and Playa de Muro. One of the highlights of my stay was the delicious breakfast. They offered a wide variety of options to every person's taste. From fresh fruits and vegetables to eggs, yogurts, pancakes, churros, and the local delicacy - ensaimada (a pastry) and Sobrassada (typical sausage). The room I stayed in was spacious and clean. I particularly appreciated having an empty fridge in the hotel room. The daily cleaning service was good, and the staff throughout the hotel were incredibly kind. Even though I didn't have any special requests, it was reassuring to see how friendly and helpful the hotel staff were. Additionally, the hotel offers complimentary access to their spa from 10:00 AM until 7:00 PM, which was a great way to relax on cold and rainy evenings. They also provide free access to a gym for those who want to stay active. While I didn't have dinner included in my stay, I heard excellent feedback from other guests who did. The hotel's dining options seem to be of high quality. As for the amenities, I had no issues with the Wi-Fi, and the overall ambiance of the hotel made for a warm and peaceful sleep at night.

One aspect that was disappointing during my stay, and the reason I give a rating of 9 out of 10, is the shower situation. The shower cabin was only enclosed from one side, causing water to easily spill onto the bathroom floor, reaching sink and toilet area. This meant that the bathroom required cleaning every time I took a shower, which was quite inconvenient. Additionally, it's worth mentioning (although it didn't personally affect me) that there were no kettles in the hotel room. This may be relevant to some guests who prefer to have it available during their stay.

It was one of the best experiences I've ever had traveling with my family. Starting from the reception, it was a good stay as they were super welcoming. Only compliments for the staff who worked hard in the restaurant and the waitresses! They were always so friendly and attentive to our requests! The food was great, and they offered a variety of options during the 6 days we stayed there! Last but not least, a big thanks to Nicol who left our rooms new and tidy! We noticed a big difference when she was the one cleaning our rooms

I like this hotel, the single rooms are very big and have pool views. The bed is a double. This is great value for money, half board. The hotel is spotless. There is little entertainment, but it’s very close to the beach and the night life.
