Great location to visit La Rioja. Everything new and clean, clever design, the cabins are spacieuses and provide everything one could need: enough cupboards, washing machine and diswasher, big sofa, easy chairs outside with shade and outside dining table with chairs. The gardens well looked after, give a bit of cooling, cabines well separated, good soundproofing and clever positioning to give Privacy. Plenty of parking and golf buggy to help transport luggage. Great breakfast room, deco modern and quality, clever distribution of buffet to avoid queues, quality food. The staff were fantastic, attentive, efficient and polite (including réception, breakfast and cleaning), seem to enjoy working there which is pleasant!

It was almost perfect; the sofa would be more comfortable with arms, and the double bed had great mattress and pillows but the frame shoot a Little when moving, though without noise (reminded a bit of water beds, though much milder effect). And while many visitors would love the amount of activity around the pool, including evening chill-out with music till midnight, I chose to stay in a cabin furthest away from the pool area (initiale programmée to be very close), as I prefer the calm and quiet the place provides otherwise.

Very helpful staff. Cabins cleaned daily. Food in restaurant good value €24 menu del dia and excellent kids menu. Lots of space in cabin. Walkable to Casalarreina. Close to Haro and lots of other sight seeing in the area. Kids loved the tennis court. I loved the pool bar. Drink prices reasonable. Nice to have breakfast served daily. Outside decking plus lounge and dining furniture are great. Aircon so welcome for the few roasting hot days.

Beds very hard. Pool freezing, but that was good when it got to 43C! Decking rails needed painting.

Outstanding breakfast. They really went out of the way to cater for us as vegetarians and presented us with a “breakfast banquet” served by the delightful Sarah. That doesn’t happen very often for us as veggies so really appreciated the kind gesture. Great customer service across the board with very personable staff. Thank you to Alma on reception for helping us get to grips with some of the technology in the accommodation.

Only have one suggestion. Can you upload instructions regarding appliances in the accommodation to the app please. It would be helpful especially regarding the induction hob and central heating. There is already a link to each accommodation unit so it should be quite easy to do. Some people, like me, are not always good with technology. Thanks.

We booked this bungalow to relax after the tour in France and Spain, but also to explore the Rioja area. The holiday park is idealy situated at only 7 km from Haro, and from there it is easy to visit the whole area, not only the wineries but also interesting cities and villages. The staff at the reception was very welcoming and customer friendly. The bungalows are very comfortable for 3 to 4 persons, the interiour design is modern, the facilities are very good. We booked half board because we did not want to prepare food ourselves or drive to the nearest restaurant for diner. Great choice at breakfast. Diner is 3 course menu with 3 or 4 choices per course. Quality is very good, portions big. Bottle of water and wine included in the price. Restaurant has a nice interior design and is comfortable. Staff is very friendly. There is a bar area near the restaurant and another one in the pool. Great choice of drinks but no bar menu. We loved the pool area, very clean, comfortble sunbeds, umbrellas. Spacious. There is also a quite area with sunbeds a bit aside from the pool. We watched the kids animation, amzing staff and nice games. Spacious parking. No cars allowed in the park itself which is a huge advantage.

It is hard to find the holiday park as there are hardly indications on the road. It was explained that it has to do with the government rules. The kitchnitette is hidden behind sliding door, but they are hard to open completely and it is also difficult to open cupboards and drawers. This is something that needs fixing. There is a washing machine but not drying rack. Restaurant and bar are comfortable but the staff is not really trained yet, which causes chaos at times. But no negative word about the work ethics, people work hard and do there utmost to help the guests. There is a need for training and for a person having the overview. It would make the bar and restaurant experience so much nicer.

A great short stay on our road trip from Southern to Northern Spain. Beautiful resort. The cabins are newly built, clean and well presented. We were unable to make breakfast due to an early flight, but the hotel reception staff kindly organised a takeaway breakfast for us, which was delicious.

There are't many places to eat outside of the resort. We arrived at 4pm and unfortunately the resort restaurant was closed until 8pm, and we really struggled to find anywhere to eat nearby. There is a well-equipped kitchen in the cabin, so as long as you are prepared, it's not an issue.

Ideal location for us as we drive from southern Spain back to the uk with our 2 bulldogs. It’s dog friendly with a small dog exercise compound. The staff can’t do enough for you and are very accommodating. There is a small well stocked bar and on site restaurant. We haven’t used the restaurant as dogs are not allowed in, which is fair enough, however there is a covered area just adjacent to the bar where they serve food as well. We have only been in out season so couldn’t say what it’s like in the prime time of summer but there are plenty of facilities with out door all weather basket ball and football area and a large pool. The grounds are also well maintained. The bungalows are well equipped with air con (hot and cold) and a washing machine.

I don’t have any negatives to say about the place

Lovely resort with clean, spatious cottages. There's a large table in the garden if you want to eat outside. Staff was very friendly and helped us get our luggage to the cottage. Note: the beds were very bouncy.

Breakfast was fine, but could use a bit more variation. The selection seemed rather random. One day there was butter and hot water, the next there wasn't. Some things are standard and should always be there.

Gardening with strimmers and leaf blowers at 6am daily is torture. Very little customer interaction. Desperate lack of sunbeds during our stay, although a delivery appeared on our departure morning!

The food was lovely and breakfasts were amazing!! Staff were wonderful and the accommodation was lovely and clean. They were kind in accommodating my dog also which was great.

I knew it wasn’t in Haro and was fine with it, but for some a quick taxi to the wineries might bother them. The local town apparently had wineries as well of their own though. A tea kettle with the coffee machine would also be a nice touch, but they make you a lovely tea with frothed milk at breakfast, so way better than you can make on your own. Breakfast was included and really amazing as I mentioned.

Property was nice small and cozy, had everything we needed.

It had everything we needed and was a comfortable stay, just needed a lick of paint on the outside decking. The food was not the best we went full bored and regretted it we only ate dinner once there.
