The architecture. Good size room.

Impossible to open any window in the room (main building). Safety reason they said. The architect had designed a window to be opened but it has been locked. A bit overpriced.

Super concierge service. Magnificent architecture and surroundings. Views on the vineyards and a 16th century church. Professional tour of the vineyards and tasting of the wines produced on the estate. Excellent spa facilities (swimming pool, sauna, hamman) with views on the vineyards. Spacious suite with very comfortable large beds!

Dinner was very good but not exceptional- which is what one would expect from such a hotel. Juice at the breakfast was not freshly pressed.

Service was exceptional, we were early and the room wasn't ready for us, so they gave us a voucher for a drink on the terrace while we waited. Room was large with a great view of the vineyard. Spa area was beautiful, with a swimming pool and sauna with a terrace overlooking the vineyards

The bed was personally too soft for me, as I have a bad back and prefer harder beds. Many Spanish hotels seem to have harder beds, so it was a shock to have a soft mattress .... even my partner who hasn't got a bad back was stiff in the morning due to the soft mattress.

Spacious accommodation and pleasant balcony overlooking the fabulous iconic architecture. Great spaces to wander around and use in the main hotel building. Great complimentary wine tour into the historic cathedral of wine.

Nothing, but debatable value for money. No option to stay in one of the iconic main hotel rooms, with ambiguous booking information.

Room was amazing with a huge terrace overlooking the village and winery. Breakfast was lovely with a huge selection of varied food delivered to our table, no buffet here! Reception and hospitality staff were friendly and helpful (especially Luis!). Complimentary wine tour was fun and informative and the tasting at the end was wonderful. Spa was relaxing and again the staff really friendly and helpful.

It is a very expensive place to stay, but for us it was a bucket-list trip and worth doing just for the photos! The exterior of the main building does need a little TLC and in places a good clean (exterior windows etc), the quirky architecture must make it very difficult to maintain though..

The building is a work of art worth visiting and seeing in daylight and especially at night. The overnight stay is a must! We enjoyed the included winery tour with wine tasting and huge breakfast the next day. For dinner we decided to try the Non-Michelin restaurant and its extraordinary tasting menu.

The building itself needs a little more care as it is aging. We saw that you are in the process of doing just that. Take notice of little details like doors that get stuck when swinging them open.

The Hotel is absolutely beautiful. The Staff and accommodations were excellent. The view was beautiful. The room was very comfortable and well appointed. The wine tasting and tour were excellent. The Breakfast and Restaurante Tradicion 1860 was very good.

We were very disappointed with the food quality and flavor of the Michelin star restaurant. It was not on par with other Michelin Star restaurants we have been to there is no value for the price.

This is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. The service was outstanding but not too 'over the top' The rooms were absolutely lovely with exceptional views. The breakfast was good but they changed from buffet style to table service while we were there and although the choice was still good, table service lead to huge wastage and made everything slower. Buffet breakfast is the much better option.The tour of the vineyard and winery was excellent and great fun!

Obviously the architecture and design of the hotel were terrific, and the rooms were excellent

We found the traditional menu unappealing, and also very little consideration to vegetarians ( one of us). It just didn’t work for us.
