As a pilgrim, the A/c was a major highlight! I thought I booked a room with two twin beds for my dad and I but when we got to the room it was a queen, I went downstairs and shared my confusion and they gave us a room with the two twins without hesitation. My dad flew out of Logrono and they were very helpful getting us a taxi.

They didn't have a restaurant...just a bar and the bar was cash only.

This is a great value. Front desk staff was really nice, check in was a breeze. The room was large and comfortable. The hotel was larger and more modern than expected. I was looking for a good hotel close to the train station and this fit the bill. It is also close to the Casco Viejo, so overall convenient.

Facilities were a little dated, but well kept. Also would have like a coffee maker or hot water pot in the room.

Second time to stay in Hotel Ciudad. It is located a short stroll from both the train station and city centre. The staff are friendly and helpful. Our bikes were delivered and stored securely in the underground car park. The room was of a decent size and very clean. It overlooked a small park. The beds were comfortable. No complaints.

Well situated in the heart of Logroño, the room was spacious, above-standard some of the hotels we stayed at in Spain. Very clean and superb beddings. Parking was key and one of the reasons we considered this hotel.

Navigating through the parking garage was quite challenging but the fact they have one is a factor. You need extra-ordinary driving skills to make it work!

We stayed in this hotel in Logrono during our Camino de Santiago. It was during the huge wine festival and everything was booked. We were lucky to be able to get this hotel, which was quiet and comfortable. The best part was the buffet breakfast in the morning before hitting the road for a 30km walk. Very fortifying!! The staff were very friendly and welcoming. I’d recommend it highly.

Staff in restaurant were very friendly and helpful e.g. went and got us bottles of water to take with on our tour of rioja at no extra charge.

The parking offers very little room for the car we rented. This led to me using all my driving skilles to get in and out of the garage, with the car beeping all the time as I was too close to the walls.

The reception staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. The room was quiet and spacious with a lovely spotless bathroom. After walking the Camino this was so appreciated. I would stay again!!

There was nothing to dislike other than lack of tea/ coffee facilities which seems to be common in Spain.

Clean and comfortable rooms. Courteous staff who were vey helpful and accommodated my request for early check in when I arrived far earlier than expected.

Daily cleanings and chatty guests were quite loud through the walls of you are trying to sleep in but otherwise the hotel is nice and quiet from the street noise.

From the morning till 14:00 they turn off air-conditioning, regulation of the hotel. In summer, for Logroño especially, where hot starts since 10 am, it is not fair enough.

It was a little walk to the main part of town with the restaurants. I don't think I would really recommend Logrono as a place to stay, but the parking was great and their breakfast was very good.
