This is a great value. Front desk staff was really nice, check in was a breeze. The room was large and comfortable. The hotel was larger and more modern than expected. I was looking for a good hotel close to the train station and this fit the bill. It is also close to the Casco Viejo, so overall convenient.

Facilities were a little dated, but well kept. Also would have like a coffee maker or hot water pot in the room.

Well situated in the heart of Logroño, the room was spacious, above-standard some of the hotels we stayed at in Spain. Very clean and superb beddings. Parking was key and one of the reasons we considered this hotel.

Navigating through the parking garage was quite challenging but the fact they have one is a factor. You need extra-ordinary driving skills to make it work!

We stayed in this hotel in Logrono during our Camino de Santiago. It was during the huge wine festival and everything was booked. We were lucky to be able to get this hotel, which was quiet and comfortable. The best part was the buffet breakfast in the morning before hitting the road for a 30km walk. Very fortifying!! The staff were very friendly and welcoming. I’d recommend it highly.

Staff in restaurant were very friendly and helpful e.g. went and got us bottles of water to take with on our tour of rioja at no extra charge.

The parking offers very little room for the car we rented. This led to me using all my driving skilles to get in and out of the garage, with the car beeping all the time as I was too close to the walls.

Clean and comfortable rooms. Courteous staff who were vey helpful and accommodated my request for early check in when I arrived far earlier than expected.

Daily cleanings and chatty guests were quite loud through the walls of you are trying to sleep in but otherwise the hotel is nice and quiet from the street noise.

From the morning till 14:00 they turn off air-conditioning, regulation of the hotel. In summer, for Logroño especially, where hot starts since 10 am, it is not fair enough.

Great location, clean room, good breakfast, kind and helpful staff.

The walls were very thin, and I woke up a couple of times for the noises. There was only one window in my room, but it couldn't be opened. I sometimes lacked fresh air.

Staff was very friendly. Lobby was renovated very nicely and the Breakfast was really good. Only 8 min walking distance to the old town.

Rooms are original. Would be very nice if they get updated. Although they are old everything was clean and comfortable.

It is a great hotel, well worth the money. It is close to the old town and the staff.are always friendly and helpful.

Their car was too small for my car, an MPV but the city's central car park was close by and was only 13 euros for 24 hrs.

The staff at this hotel were fantastic and helped with everything we needed. Although this is a little older hotel, it was extremely clean and well maintained. We enjoyed our stay.

It was a little further from the Camino route for us but that was not an issue.
