Staff was very responsive; I reported feeling cold and they provided me a space heater. They also gave good info to explore Logrono. I rented a private room with private bath and a small balcony facing the street. As a pilgrim on the camino, this allowed for better sleep and for hanging clothes to dry on the balcony. The balcony door/window was very soundproof, and I closed it in the early evening to be able to go to sleep when outside there was still a lot going on (which worked well in late April). The shower worked well and there was a bidet in the bathroom. The elevator was a plus when hauling luggage up the stairs. A coffee machine and water boiler provided free hot drinks in the reception area; otherwise, there is no food service onsite. The location is excellent, nearby the cathedral, shopping, eateries/pinxos. Good value for the money.

The walls between my room and the next room were thin and I could hear the people next to me; luckily, they were quiet at night. There is no place to cook or to buy and store food onsite. No laundry facilities.

Well-managed and with modern amenities. Good location. Clean. I was grateful that on this particular day, at least, there were plenty of magdalenas for guests. I liked the seating area near the reception and the hotel provided free hot drinks from a machine. If you wanted a cold soda, there was obviously a charge but for a tired pilgrim on a cold and wet October day, I appreciated the coffee and hit chocolate type drinks available. I found the receptionist to be very professional and friendly with every guest.

The price seemed a little high given the single small room but given it is in a prime location with modern touch, it was worth it especially for a non-pilgrim or a pilgrim in a decent financial situation. Grateful pilgrim.

A nice pleasant warm hostel right around the corner from the evening life of Logroño. But the room was not disturbed by any noise.

Not so much a dislike but perhaps a little constructive advice. I stayed in one of the single rooms. The shower itself was excellent strong and hot but there was no tray or shelf to put my soap and shampoo except the floor. And then I almost slipped and fell in trying to pick them up. There was no wall support handle either. Just a thought for some of us older folk doing the Camino whose easy bending over days are long gone.

Very central location, comfortable room and bed, plenty of sockets, great shower, friendly and helpful staff, able to keep my bicycle in a safe space, great WiFi, nice view from the balcony, airco

It had been a tough day walking the Camino and when the receptionist said to go to our room and relax/ freshen up first then register afterwards, it was like music to our ears. The one big reason why we loved this place immediately is that they have large bottles of water (refrigerated) for purchase! No need to hunt down a supermarket. We have not seen this type of service at any other hostal. Also, there's free coffee from the Nespreseo machine.

Just an overall very nice facility. The room, beds and common area was in great condition and very clean. The location is in the heart of town and very close entertainment. Our room had a small balcony that overlooked the street.

There was construction going on the street below, but it did not look like a long term project, and when we closed the patio door the noise was blocked well. In fact when we woke up we didn't realize that it was raining until we opened the doors.

Centrally located around lots of restaurants and activities. Both female workers were very kind and accommodating despite the language barrier. We ended up staying 2 nights because I had a severe reaction to a sunburn while on the Camino, and the ladies did everything they could to help me get myself and our packs to the next stage of the hike while my dad went ahead and continued to walk.

My only complaint is that the room had a bit of a foul odor that was difficult to get out, but it wasn’t so terrible that we needed to change rooms or anything.

Room seemed to have been remodeled recently. We loved the balcony over the street and the free coffee machine. The shower had plenty of hot water. In the morning they also provided packaged muffins. The clothes I sent to be washed were returned dried and folded. The elevator was convenient.

Walls were thin; we heard the lady next door talking on the phone as if she were in the room with us. There was some street noise as well. Also, we had a bit of trouble finding the place.

The location was great, on the Camino and very close to restaurants, bars and shops. The staff were excellent, so helpful and the option for laundry at a nominal cost was just what we needed after some long days of hiking. It was even delivered to our door that same evening. Free coffee and tea, and the man at the desk called a taxi for us and went downstairs to make sure the taxi driver knew where to take us. Great service. Highly recommend.

The property was very easy to find. It’s beautifully decorated and very comfortable.

The property offers laundry services and I was told it would take three hours. Four hours later, I went downstairs to check on it (for the second time) and she delivered most of it to me. I had to make another trip to locate a lost sock that wasn’t returned to me, until asked. Not the end of the world, but a lot of “chasing” for laundry service.
