Whether you are staying for multiple days or only one on the Camino, Winederful is a very comfortable place to stay. The staff is very helpful and welcoming, the cleaning crew does an incredible job daily, and the location is seconds away from the main plaza. The coffee and drinks at the bar are also reasonably priced. The beds are two meters long and there is also air conditioning in the bedrooms which ensures no sweaty sleepless nights. The showers always had hot water. I would highly recommend!

Winederful was wonderful! Very clean and quiet. Facilities are like-new and extremely clean and neat. Very hot showers and warm rooms (the floor may have been heated, as well). It has everything you would need, with comfy shared spaces and a cafe. Very safe and secure. Easy to come and go and a great central location that is easy to find. All the staff are really kind and helpful, especially Juan at the desk and the woman who was tidying up the rooms in the morning. Definitely the best hostel experience I’ve had anywhere in the world! Highly recommend staying here and will be returning on my next trip to Logroño!

Everything was perfect!

Accom, staff, venue, and facilities were excellent. Juan was a wonderful host who ensured booking was effortless and the air-conditioning was turned on in the room - Spain had been experiencing a heat wave. The requested women's dorm was provided.

This venue is listed as an albergue, which means all guests should be respectful of other guests, either whilst resting or certainly when entering late/early. I have experienced more respect from a 60 bed dormatory than l did by other guests in this small dormatory.

A fellow pilgrim chose this Winderful to stay so I did. First time I got to use a blanket ( AC) after a hot week in the Camino. Showers , kitchen, and bunk was clean . Front desk and cleaner even with second language challenges , was able to give me directions to Laurel for great tapas and bus to Decathlon. Eventually stayed an extra night to rest. 22euros a great deal.

The property is centrally located on the main plaza adjacent to the beautiful 12th Century Cathedral de Santa María. There are several stand out features regarding this albergue which includes superior pod like sleeping berths, each with a USB charging point, a reading light and a privacy curtains. They also provide fresh, crisp like cotton sheets and pillow case and a warm blanket should you need. Each bed comes with its own security footlocker and key to store your valuables. Also there is no ridiculous curfew restrictions that I found in a lot of albergues on the Camino. Access to the building and individual dorms are via a security pad code, which is both efficient and effective. Facilities aside, the most stand out feature of the Winederful albergue is the staff. Every single member were both attentive and sympathetic to all the needs of weary travels. Two member of staff made my stay there simply wonderful. The first person was the cleaning lady Yolesa. I never seen a person work so hard, but always with a smile and even lifted my heavy rucksack to my bunk. Such a genuinely person. The second outstanding member of staff was Mario. He is such an asset to this albergue. A kind caring gentleman that provided a level of customer service you would expect at a 5 Star hotel. The guy is a polyglot, speaking 4 languages fluently and was so patient with everyone! His genuine flair for making people feel comfortable with his humour, intelligence and knowledge is unsurpassed in any facility I have ever stayed in Spain and further afield. Well done Winderfful

The staff who name, Juan (?). He's very helpful, and giving a clear introduction and also share some of the tips around the neighborhood. Even the cleaner, she's such a lovely girl, telling me all the tips around that area too.

The room mate in that room that day, and also my bed was creating some sort of the noice. The room could be a bit stuffy at night, even tho the outside was cooler. I would recommend to have a fans or something to circulate the airflow.

The staff (Rareș) was friendly and helpful. The location was great. The bed was clean and comfortable. The curtains, the bed light, and the socket made it even better. Maybe two sockets or one with more space around for larger travel adaptors would come more handy, but that was not a real issue. I also liked that I had plenty of space to store my backpack in the drawer placed under the bed.

The only downside was the poorly ventilated bathrooms.

Fantastic location for one night on the Camino - just round the corner from the cathedral, and only a few minutes walk from the main tapas area. I was in a 6 person female dorm with a private bathroom, the bed was very comfortable and I enjoyed my stay.

There were no laundry facilities on site and only two very small drying racks for hanging up hand washed clothes (which could only be washed in the bathroom sink).

It was well located near the Redonda Cathedral and close to many restaurants with tapas and pintxos. The kitchen was small but tidy and functional. It had a toaster oven, fridge and serving utensils. The common area had ample seating. I like not sharing a room with too many people. Although it did get very noisy in the morning as people bustled around to leave for the Camino de Santiago. I was, unfortunately, forced to wake up much earlier than I intended. The private bathroom was a huge advantage. The bed was comfortable with a privacy curtain, plug, and bed light. The locker drawer just under the raised bed was large and deep.

The lady at the front desk was a bit aloof, but the gentleman was quite friendly and polite.

We would have preferred the option to have a smaller room to book for just 2 of us. It was our choice to pay extra to have a room with multiple beds, just for 2 of us as we need a private room but it would have been an excellent review if there had been an option of a twin room for example without the extra cost. There were a lot of notices with 'rules' and information about fines for non-compliance, which seemed to take the place of a hands-on personal 'patron'. The self-serve kitchen area was messy and covered with rubbish by evening and in the morning which was a shame, as there wasn't enough rubbish bin space.
