The person at the pension had little contact with us just a smile and a hello. I think she was the owner. We did not need anything from her. To enter the place all we needed was a link they sent so we could open the building door and the appartment door via cell phone. No complains from us. The place was very clean and confortable but our bed had a little issue with the mattres. We had a microwave and a little fridge in the room. Overall I would stay here again. The city looks very nice but it was a rainy day and we only spent one night so I cannot say much about it, but the location of the pension looks good.

Like I said, we had a little issue with the matres, it was very confortable but it was pulling us to the middle, like when the middle is a bit deeper than the edges. That was the only thing that bother us a little bit.

The room itself is great for the price you pay, everything is clean, good bed, you will sleep well in a private room for the price of a hostel. In the end, that is what counts the most.

The host, who only speaks Spanish, will only speak to you through an intercom and guide you to a box with a key code, which is a weird experience, kind of like being in the TV-show "Big Brother". Opening the door works with an app, which may be difficult for people who are not IT-minded (for me it worked well but i'm sure some will have trouble). You are asked to send a picture of your ID to a WhatsApp address, which is not permitted by privacy law to ask. All in all, after the strange check-in you get a nice clean room for a low price (which is why i give this an 8 out of 10).

Very clean and the owner very patient with our lack of Spanish and technological difficulties. Location was ideal and allowed us a much needed quiet and comfortable night after many in albergues on the Camino. Would definitely stay again!

Virtual key system a little tricky to navigate at first and wasn’t working well on one of our phones, so would definitely recommend checking it’s all working for you before you go out! Once all that was sorted, everything worked fine and it allowed us the freedom to leave and return as we pleased.

It was very clean, very nicely furnished and the hostess was very kind.

Be aware you share a bathroom and not everyone is conscientious. Someone urinated on the floor during the night and I slid and fell trying to avoid the puddles and spatters. I'm amazed at people's thoughtlessness. The facilities were wonderful and they treated it like an outhouse. I only have some big bruises, thankful I didn't break anything. Again, The Pension was great and we would definitely stay there again.

The rooms were spacious, the shared bathrooms are large and clean. The check in and coded entry seems complicated at first, but once you do it the first time, it's easy after that. The rooms with balconies have beautiful views of the nearby streets and buildings. It is very close to the city center full of culture, food and nightlife. They location is also near the walkable river front parks, cathedrals and ruins.

Quite good location, basic but comfortable room. Very clean bathrooms, lift, safe access with internet enabled app, very good value for money . Very good communication regarding the access and parking which we needed.

We had internet access which is important as the place is not possible to access without application on the phone. So just to emphasize that.

Room very clean and like new

No staff at property. Took two of us about an hour to download automatic keys to enter. Problem is that by phone and by email staff speak No English. Only Spanish and Portuguese. When translate function used to translate door lock operation into English the electric key is corrupted so doesn't work.

This was an automated checkin with no interaction with staff. Worked well for us when we finally figured it out. Room was small but good value for the price. Not much space to sort out our belongings Shared bathroom right next door. No issues.

On Checkout we were unsure what to do with the key. Checkout by 11 was a little early but OK.

It was super neat and comfortable. It was in a nice location. I liked that it was spacious, it had great facilities and was very clean. Access was using your phone which was very cool and fun. So you didn't have a receptionist as such. It i enjoyed my stay.

The hall light was sensored and the door lit up whilst i slept. It wasnt a huge issue though.
