Had a big problem getting into the underground parking as it's only one car at a time with no room for waiting in line, so it was 3 to trips around the block before entrance was clear. Very basic but adequate accommodation, bland rooms but clean and comfortable. No evening food is available so it's out for dinner in a local bar/ restaurant. The buffet breakfast is very good, it suited our purpose as a night stop for Bilbao ferry so easy to get back on route, but for us I would not return.

Parking is difficult if someone is waiting to get access to underground parking. No evening meal.

Basic breakfast but adecuate , bakery, just ham/ cheese/ scramble egg. Coffee machine didnt produce a good coffee at all. Just simple but ok.

Tv in room is very small in a corner. The soap on dispensers not very good either.

Excellent location in a lovely city, with friendly,courteous and attentive staff. Very clean room.Very good breakfast

Bed was a bit hard. The car park is very small and needs care. Tea and coffee facilities in the room would be good.

The lunch offered for 18.50€ per person was fabulous. The location of the hotel was excellent for visiting the old town. The Hotel staff could not have been better. The room had a great terrace with spectacular views nice to sit with a glass of wine.

Nothing we did not like. For a small hotel with 1 star is deceiving.

Central location right on the Camino. Room had a bathtub!

I stayed on the Saturday night when Real Madrid won the European cup. Logrono was buzzing with people. Was awaken in middle of the night by happy singing (after the win). Not a complaint, just an observation.

The guy at breakfast was rude and unpleasant. Wouldn’t let you fill a water bottle for your journey. Never been refused that anywhere before. Bit petty especially with the heat.Watches us like a hawk not pleasant.

I found the room very clean but had trouble opening the door. The three people working the dining room were incredible...so attentive to needs of each customer and keeping the food well stocked. I loved the plum jam. Thanks for everything!!

Great stay at this hotel. Fantastic location, central, few minutes walk to sites and right on the camino path. Staff were friendly. Special mention to the young lady at the front desk who was very nice and helpful.

This hotel has a perfect location in Logroño. It it is located in the heart of the Old City and is walking distance to everything. This is a budget-friendly hotel, so if you keep that in mind you will be very pleased. The Front Desk Staff was super knowledgeable and helpful. Anytime I had a question, they were always able to give the correct answer.

There was nothing that I didn't like. I chose the most budget-friendly room available for one person and it was the perfect size for me, and I loved it. I wish I could have stayed longer.

The location was perfect. Just next to Oldtown where the fun is, with good bars and restaurants and attractions. Good place to buy a hat.And the tourist info office is nearby. Hotel is right on the Camino. And a good supermarket Marcadona is just a few doors away

Free coffee would have been nice.
