Absolutely adored the staff at the front office. Initially booked 2 nts coming from Madrid before commencing my Camino Frances from Logroño, and decided to add an extra night to enjoy the city a little bit more. Lobby smelled wonderful. The property is stylish, spotless, highly functional with waiting area at the lobby and overflow in the breakfast / lounge / cinema area towards the cloistered terrace that provides sunlight, alfresco eating areas and native plants overflowing their walls to a built in water feature. (The water feature was dry when I was there, but it might possibly be a pilgrim foot soak? If so, that would be lovely). Room was compact but had everything I needed for a comfortable 3 night stay. Shower pressure & temperature were excellent, free flowing drains, plenty of lighting and charging points. Excellent WIFI. Staff was also able to print off Paq Correos manifest for me to attach to my suitcase for forwarding along the Camino. They also doubled checked that I had gone online to book the pick-up - as I suspect some pilgrims have left without doing so, so I LOVE that the three different women whom I dealt with at reception are professional and kind - especially when they get gruff / demanding travellers.

Had problems getting to the parking. Not the hotels fault but we followed their directions., but the road was closed off. Apparently it happens frequently and makes it difficult to find as the streets are one way and narrow. Worth it once you get there though.

Location was excellent - quiet street yet bars and restaurants within a couple of minutes. Staff were friendly, helpful and responded to our request for a room on a high floor. Breakfast, included in our rate, could not be faulted; a typical Spanish one with cheese, ham, cereals, bread roolls and pastries, with more than ample food always available.

Never had the breakfast, location was excellent!!! The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff was great from the front desk to the cleaning staff!!!

The mattress was too firm for us, needed a chair with a back for reading. Had to spend too much time in bed. We spent a lot of time in our room

Central location with easy access to the Old Town. The parking under the hotel was really handy. The staff were really welcoming and helpful. This is a brand new hotel so all is very clean and new.

Access by car was initially quite difficult, but once there it was great to have the underground parking. The hotel is so new they are still waiting for signage, no Ibis sign - look for Centro.

The location was great. Once we managed to find the ibis.. there was roadwork going on, so the normal route was not available..the staff at reception were very helpfully as was the lady in charge of room care..breakfast was just enough..

The room had a very different arrangement for the wc. It was a small space, felt a bit tight.and not well ventilated

Finding the hotel is tricky if driving. It would be helpful to provide detailed directions.

It is in the very center of the city, location is incredible, bed is super confortable.

Toilet is not spectacular, but is a hotel that has the word Budget in the name, so can't ask for more.

We did not have breakfast. There are so many places to eat it was not necessary Location perfect and staff very helpful and very nice. Rooms are small but adequate for 2 nights. Walking distance of all amenities.

We always know what to expect when we go to Ibis Budget. Good rooms, good breakfast + friendly staff. Plus they are pet friendly too
