They helped us out with a store room for our bikes. It was small but plenty for us. It was not intended for bike storage but they offered it, so don't expect to find plugs to charge your e bike batteries. The staff was super friendly and the area very quiet but lively. The bathroom was BIG.

The car parking is a bit complicated. It's in another building nearby. You can temporarily unload your luggage in front of the entrance but then you need to drive to the parking spot. Also, you need to climb some stairs to get to the elevator. This is a detail of importance if you have reduced mobility.

Clean, large bathroom, comfortable beds with nice linens. Walkable to all sites. Cafes in front of the hotel. Knowledgeable and friendly staff.

Hotel was not that easy to find. On a non traffic street. Stairs to the reception desk then you can use the elevator to the room. You must carry your luggage up a flight of stairs to reception desk.. A/C not on due to season even though it was needed. You must leave your luggage at the hotel if you don't want to walk from the garage to the hotel with it. You must check in to find out where the paid parking garage is. Garage is not very close to the hotel and there should be a second person available to get down to open garage door for car to pass through.

This is an ideal budget stop if you are resting/ starting or finishing the Camino, halfway between the old town and the bus and railway station, with a supermarket and laundry near by and a good cafe opposite for drinks and breakfast.

The reception is on the first floor so for anyone with limited mobility be aware there are some steps up until you reach the lift.

The lift did not go down to the ground floor/entrance. The parking was initially a little complicated but staff were so helpful with instructions on how to get entry and use the key:)

Location was perfect! Staff was really friendly! We loved our stay here. Room is not luxurious but all is clean and comfy. We parked on the side of the big street and walked 2 streets to get to the hotel because it was bank holiday the parkings were free, but the hotel does offer a paid parking place as well.

Good 2-day stop on the Camino for some rest and recovery. The hotel provided a clean, comfortable and convenient stay with friendly staff. Great restaurant just downstairs and a short walk to Calle Laurel and all things touristy.

Hotel Isasa far exceeded my expectations. Celestine was a wonderfully host. He answered all of my questions even though we struggled with one another’s language at times. Everything was clean and well cared for. The shared bathroom was expansive and hot water was plentiful.

Very nice room in a hotel that sits in the perfect location, especially if you're a food lover. The hotel sits in front of a school, so if you're coming during the year just be aware it can be a little noisy.

Clean,compact room for one. Centrally located,air conditioning and there was a balcony! (I'm a smoker,no traipsing down stairs😅)

Not much! Perfect place to crash after a long day travelling before restarting my Camino from Logroño!

12 check in time is very flexible. Javier was super attentive and helpful. Room clean and comfortable. Great location to go tapas hop. And dog friendly! Value for money.
