A basic hostal/hotel but had everything I needed. The decor was a bit dated but that’s a matter of taste, but everything was functional and very clean. The location was good and being at the end of a small side street, it was nice and quiet at night. I was greeted by the owner in the reception, he was polite and helpful and then showed me to my room. The room was large, comfy and had a private bathroom with some free products to use. It was nice to have a little balcony. This place provided a pleasant stay for a tired pilgrim!

This is a great place to stay while hiking The Camino. The room was very clean, the twin beds were comfortable, and the shower was very good. The highlight of this hotel is the men who run it - one speaks English very well, and we were able to communicate with both of them. They are two wonderfully helpful people - they gave us good recommendations for dinner, and they facilitated us having laundry done at the Albergue next door. The location was excellent too.

We usually choose to spend two nights here on each camino as being under the cliffs is atmospheric and there are walks (eg to Yuso and Suso, or shorter to the 5th century church at Tricio, but NOTE that these are both currently closed!).

Finding decent vegetarian meals in Najera is a challenge, no fault of the hote.

The man that checked me in was wonderful and totally informative. This place is tucked in a side street very close to the main square in town. It is pretty much right on the Camino

There was absolutely no common room or common area or even a place to sit. So you had to leave the property to even have a chair.

Stayed here on a Camino in 2022 and came back. The room was a great size and the electric window closure was fantastic! Great shower and warm blankets. The owner gave a recommendation for lunch - Olympio - and it did not disappoint. Authentic home-cooked wonderful food with a very friendly cook.

Very nice room with a very nice bathroom. The location was also easy to find. Well marked directions as you got within a couple of blocks. The gentlemen that checked us in was very friendly and escorted us to our room explaining the amenities as we walked. He even warned us about late night noise due to a holiday. Very thoughtful!

The bed was a little hard, but not uncomfortable.

We arrived late on a very hot day & we’re welcomed by wonderful hosts with a nice cold beer. Given plenty of information about the area, restaurants , bars, supermarkets & informed that there was a local festival on & there could be some late night noise.

The owner very informative and helpful. Helped us finding an excellent restaurant for late lunch Olimpo. Three courses not open for dinner. Also on his map showed us breakfast open at 0700. Grocery store and pharmacy. His English is good and so patient.

When I arrived at the Hostal, was advised the water was shut off due to water line work. The host was so apologetic & felt terrible for the inconvenience he immediately offered a cold drink. It was only 30min. until the water was restored. He still felt terrible. He was so sweet and accommodating. The room was clean and the location could not be more ideal. Five minute walk to town centre. Other stores and shops close by as well.

The hostal is in a great location, and the owners are exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room was large and very clean with plenty of hot water. Great wifi. Very comfortable beds.

The bathroom needs updating, and there wasn't a hairdryer in our room x
