Exceptionally clean. Multiple electrical outlets. Very good food at a fair price. We arrived before noon, but they checked us into the room and even brought our luggage to the room when it arrived a little later (we were walking the camino de Santiago and had our luggage transported). Located within a few meters of one of the most beautiful churches in the world.

It did not affect us, but the safe was unsuable because it was locked but open.

It was right on the Camino de Santiago and a great respite from the trail. The bar was warm and comfortable and the food was really good. They the bean and pork soup!

Noise level, we didn’t realize that there was an all night music festival on both nights we were there. As we are doing the Camino it made it difficult to sleep both nights.

This hotel is well located in the heart of Navarette. The staff on duty were amazing... managing both the restaurant and the hotel - and did very well! The room was cosy and had a great view over the valley. This hotel was great value and I would highly recommend it.

Location and staff friendly

Breakfast extremely poor. There was so little people went out to a local shop to buy items and eat at the breakfast table. We also had running water from a toilet cistern making a noise all night which didn’t aid sleep.

We were able to check in early which was a bonus. Restaurant at hotel open during the day. Handy to supermarket and cafes. Very helpful friendly staff. Would definitely book here again. Right on the Camino too!

Everything was fantastic

this is a great small hotel. the hosts are very pleasant. I needed a resin to rest my knee. They let me check in early. the room was great. the A/C was a wonderful feeling after the last night at the hostel in Logrono. I needed an extra day of rest and they gladly accommodated my request. The restaurant was amazing. I had the Pilgrims Meal both nights with different meals each night and they were both outstanding. the best meals I have had on the Camino. The service was 5 star! my server was friendly, helpful and made great recommendations. i highly recommend Hotel Rey Sancho!

there wasn’t a trash can in the main room. I had to get up and go to the bathroom to thrown trash away.

The location was great. The ambience and lobby is lovely.

The decor was a little tired. The room had no windows, just skylights, which was a little odd. And the shower opened straight into the bedroom. Disappointing for the amount of money we paid that there was no proper shampoo and conditioner.

room that was assigned to me , wasn’t ready at 2 pm check in time . I had to wait till 3 before they finally gave me another room . why not give me that one right away ?!?! .

Awesome room and staff let us in ahead of our check in time. Great location, on the Camino route. Enjoyed a fantastic dinner in their restaurant.
