The communication with the staff was very clear and easy from the very beginning and upon our arrival we got a great customer service and al the details about the property and facilities. Location of the property was in the city center and close to all touristic places making easy to reach each place within walking distance. The most amazing feature about this property was the cleanliness, it could not be better we were very impressed and the prices for two nights stay was unbeatable. If we come back, we will definitely, choose this property again.

There is not much to add about this as pretty much our stay was amazing. I would suggest to include within the room specially during summer a fridge to keep cold items we purchased such as water bottle, soft drinks and so on. Also, it would be good to have inside the room a blow-dryer to make it even better the guest's experience while staying at this place. Nothing major, just to say please keep up the good work you are doing.

Great room, really clean and beautiful. We even had 2 balconies, what a nice surprise! Location perfect, we walked everywhere. There was a large free parking outside the old city and it took us less than 10min to walk to the hotel from there. We liked the room and the city so much we asked the staff to extend our stay 1 more night and they were really lovely and even made sure we stayed in the same room.

No air conditioner but they did have a wall ventilator. It was extremely loud but at the end nights weren't that hot even though it was July. The walls are thin so you can hear everything the other guests are saying through the walls

Great location, lots of restaurants right outside. My room had a balcony and a great view. Even though the street below got pretty busy in the evening, the balcony doors blocked out the noise almost completely. The staff were very nice and made sure I knew how to get in the various doors, where to put my bag in the morning for pickup, etc.

The room is a bit barren and basic - not a very homey feel. The bed had a flat and fitted sheet - no blanket, and it got a little chilly at night. I had to use a towel for a blanket. But plenty fine for one night.

Loved it. Got an awesome room with a balcony looking out the the street. Room was spotlessly clean and well equipped though not sure about the long pillow for both people to use. Kitchen could do with a bit of live and some cutlery and the doors slam a bit but a great option for those on the Camino. Also a great kebab shop just around the corner if you fancy a change from tapas

This property is well located and for this reason it is recommended. It is clean, basic and good value.

I did not find my reception welcoming or helpful. I was not shown any facilities that may have been available for me to use. I understand language creates a barrier. However, this property must have a lot of nationalities through, and it shouldn't be a barrier.

This was our second stay at a alburgue and this one shines, older building, we had a corner room with twin beds, really impressive view and the room was clean and a good size. It is a Albergue so was a little older but was a really good value. We both thought it was a place we would stay again.

Well there was a marching band come by at about 9 pm, it was Saturday and the 2 balconies were perfect for viewing so this can be a plus or minus depending on perspective, very lively area, seem to be a bit if a local hotspot at the cafe right down the road. We still slept well but if you sleep light it may come into play

- One noisy neighbors who didn't think of others as they left early! But generally that's on those people and not the lodging. Very quiet otherwise

The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom really nice with bodywash and shampoo provided. The staff were kind, assisting with a hairdryer and doing our laundry at a nominal cost. Very well situated if you're doing the Camino.

No view. The window looked out into a sort of courtyard.

Very Clean room and the Staff at the reception was amazing. Got my laundry done for five euros wash and dry. That was perfect for me a pilgrim

It happened to be 1 May celebration and it was very loud until 3 AM but that is not the facilities fault.

Right in the heart of the historical centre. Great room with 2 balconies,very light and airy. Huge fully equipped communal kitchen and very friendly and helpful staff. Great value for money
