The location, very accessible, easy to park and get to teh center of Cerdanyola

I am not sure there is a gym. I could find it and there was only a bar service from 7pm but nothing in the hotel during the day. Also for a 4* it would be great of they had coffee machines in the room

The hotel is not too far from Barcelona city centre and is more affordable than those hotels. It is spacious and comfortable with friendly staff. We didn't eat there for personal reasons and the items in the room fridge (which is very useful) are reasonably priced at 2.5 Euros.

As a UK citizen I would have expected a kettle in the room. Not something the Spanish are used to and it is a pity as this is standard in the UK. There should be an option to at least provide one on request.

The breakfast were manageable, bed was comfortable, the environment was clean.

The lift was scary, scary sound and sometimes the lift takes you to floor where you didn't set it to go to. The air conditioner in the room fluctuated. Some other common food like Hash brown, fried eggs and boiled eggs were not available. The gym facility had some faulty equipment.

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel - it's the best one I've visited so far! As a first-time teen traveler, I was a bit nervous, but the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, my bank card was blocked when I tried to check in, which was quite embarrassing. However, the staff were very understanding and offered to hold the payment until we could find a solution. Overall, I had a great experience at this hotel and would highly recommend it to others.

The only thing that was annoying during my stay was the poor internet connection in the hotel rooms. We had to go to the corridor in order to get a good signal.

Very friendly staff. Nice location - we walked to UAB and back every day. Nice facility. Very good breakfast.

More furniture in the room. More hangers for your shirts or jackets. It would be nice if the swimming pool was considered not only as the place to relax, but also for fitness and it was opened like a gym from 7.00

The room is very spaceous and nice. Bathroom too. Everything was very clean. Beds are comfortable. People working are exquisite and they speak very good English.

When you take your card with you, air-conditioning is not working, so it gets very very very hot in the room through the day. It take some tome to cool down the room and change the air.

Size of the room

Bed not the best in the world, but decent for one night. Spring mattress.

Room was clean, adequate size and comfortable. Breakfast was basic but good quality and sufficient. The area was quiet and nice, but a little out of town.

The location was a little outside the town.

location easily accessible into Barcelona City excellent value for one night stop over on our travels through Spain. receptionist 👌 lovely junior suite upgrade.and complimentary Fridge. thank you for a peaceful and lovely stay. pool are was very tranquil and guest were also very pleasant to be around. nice vibe. minimal staff, they work hard though so give them more credit. 👌

parked the car at far end of car park. should of parked closer. felt uneasy late at night being at the car on my own. otherwise perfect.
