The pool was the reason we chose this hotel and it was really worthy. Also the room is big and it has everything you may need. Spotless and comfortable. Mini fridge was working truly nice we could kept our drinks cold easily.

The fitness area was looking as part of amenities but most of the devices are not working and they are truly old. Another topic is the rooms don't have sound isolation and we could hear next rooms all the time. Also the buffet breakfast is better if you go earlier because the warm foods like tortilla or omelette are not getting refreshed. As a conclusion if I go another time I wouldn't pay for breakfast included option.

The furnishings in the hotel and in particular, in the room, were exquisite and luxurious. The bed was very comfortable. The parking was under the hotel and very convenient.

The breakfast started at 8 AM and we had to leave earlier than that. There wasn't even a cup of coffee to start the morning with. It was very difficult to find the hotel. Went past it three times before I stopped and asked if that was the correct hotel. There is no Sercotel sign to be seen and the name of the hotel on the web was Sercotel Guadiana. On the sign it is only Guadiana. The room was VERY cold even after a few hours with the heater on.

Beds were comfortable and rooms were spacious and with airco. The mini bar was well filled, but we did not use it.

Hotel is a bit outdated and need some.refitting. Breakfast was very basic. Too bad that very young kids that did not eat much had to pay the same amount as an adult. In the name of hospitality I know that certain hotel only charge for 2 adults since the.kids really do not each much. They would have provided us a better experience when they would have charged 2 adults or only 1 child instead of 2 children.

The location was fine, fairly close to the centre. Easy to find with gps. The underground parking was secure which was good for motorcyclists. The corridors were mostly quiet with little noise from rooms. No facilities were used besides parking. As an overnight stop for touring the place is ideally located. Clean. Plenty of hot water.

The bed seemed fine but I woke every hour with back pain. The aircon fan sounded pretty loud and rough and was not particularly powerful.

This property was perfect for us - we just needed somewhere to stop off on our journey from the south of Spain to the north - so it wasn’t important to us where exactly it was. The staff were great, the room was very clean, the beds were very comfortable, and they didn’t charge for a child. We had fun in the pool and before we left we had a good basic breakfast for 6.99€ pp. We used the bar - drinks are cheap (wine was a couple of € with tapas). it was great to be able to park in the underground car park - make sure you follow the signs carefully and go down and up the ramp on the opposite side to what you expect. We have stayed in various hotels in this area over the years when we needed to break our journey, and this was the cheapest. For us it wasn’t important to be central and we would definitely stay again. I’ve given good scores as it really suited our needs

The first room that we were offered was on the top floor. The room was big and quite comfortable but had some disadvantages. The AC was not efficient and very loud. Apart from that it was extremely loud in the room due to the fact that there were fans from AC on the roof that caused noise that prevented us from sleep the whole night. Very helpful employee found us in the morning a quiet room on the 2nd floor. Room was spacious and comfortable. Nice breakfast.

Business hotel in the centre of Ciudad Real, perfect for a stop of crossing southern Spain. It was walking distance to the centre of the town, with Resto's and Bars. Free parking in the hotel, or in the streets around the hotel. Comfortable and good value.

The rooms were spacious. Great stay with the family, including the facilities, such as the gym and the swimming pool. Matrassen were very comfortable. Also the bathroom there were free amenities. Well serviced!

Unfortunately the hotel is a bit outdated on certain parts of the rooms and hotel. Little restyling would do it well.

We had a junior suite - great space with a sitting area as well as a large bed. We had dinner when we arrived - with personal service as no one else was there so early (8pm is early in Spain). They couldn't have been more helpful, adjusting the menu to suit our foibles. The free underground car park is a bonus.

Signposting was seriously lacking - we struggled to find the dining room the first evening and the breakfast room next morning, having to ask reception both times. Breakfast was disappointing: the orange juice was more like squash; there ddn;t seem to be any cold milk for cereals; there was none of the normal selection of fruit salads.

Lovley hotel with a very good breakfast spread. There is a pool aswell which was welcoming after a few hours drive. Underground parking was brilliant too .a little tight but good .posistion of the hotel was good with a brief 10 minute walk into the centre .overall a nice stay .
