The hotel offered spacious, comfortable rooms that easily accommodated our whole family. The bathroom was large, modern, and elegant, which added a nice touch of comfort to our short stay. The location was very convenient for us — easy to access by car and set in a quiet area, which was exactly what we needed after a long day of travel.

Breakfast was not included in our rate and, being a Sunday, it was quite difficult to find an open place nearby for breakfast early in the morning. The location is perfect for those arriving by car and looking for peace and quiet, but it may not be ideal if you want to visit Cuenca’s old town or prefer to be close to main attractions.

The room was good-sized, and the bathroom was very nice. A large bottle of water was provided, and the staff was kind and gave me a second one the next day. There was lots of marble and a large tub, so I took a bath. It was very quiet in my room, so I slept well. The full buffet is €13, but you can order the half buffet for €6.50 and choose either sweet or salty. They have a nice gym and a separate room of the lobby to relax or work.

My room had two twin beds, but they were more like cots, so it wasn't very comfortable. Everything else was fine.

Very comfortable hotel ,easy to find and very easy for onward travel. The reception staff were very friendly and welcoming and gave us lots of information about visiting the the fabulous old town. Although further out of town this gave us the opportunity for a walk which we both enjoyed.

Was a bit noisy but we expected that due to the location and it did not spoil our stay whatsoever.

Chose the breakfast which is offered! Really good value for money. The rooms are nice and clean and I could park our car for free at the hotel premises. To get to the historic part of the city, you have to take a bus, though (bus stops right in front of the hotel)

The hotel was a bit of a walk to/from the old town/city area, but we were driving and this was a convenient location for us. The hotel is next to a gas/petrol station and a McDonalds, and a Carrefour less than 5 min walk. Free parking in the vicinity of the gas station, but we opted to park underground (with pay). The gantry of the parking lot to exit was not very intuitive on where to press the button to lift the gate. The room was clean, and the ameneties provided in the bathroom was sufficient. Towels were a little run down, but usable. No bedroom slippers provided (but i didn't ask anymore)

Overall very good. Great spacious bathroom no problems with water temperature and pressure. Friendly staff.

We had 2 rooms near each other and the 2nd was much colder. When you stay near the window you feel draft wind in your foots. During breakfast you need to ask personel to make fried eggs. First of all you could print it somewhere.also there are just 3 waiters and it took time to get your eggs.

I loved the location opposite the bullring, during my stay they had a fiesta for the bull running, really interesting but it meant that the bar and restaurant were really busy, whether you approve or not this is the real Spain. The staff were exceptional, you usually have to go way up market to get the kind of service that received. Overall I was made very comfortable and I have complaints, I would stay again.

It is showing it’s age but at this price point it is very good value for money.

A good sized room and very clean. The bed and pillows were comfortable but the bed did creek! The bathroom was nice with good lighting. We cannot comment on breakfast as we didn’t have it.

The hotel is a long way from the centre of Cuenca and the restaurant choice was limited

Good location, excellent reception / local information and a tremendous selection of food for breakfast, The room was spacious and comfortable .Add secure underground parking and reasonable prices and you have a GREAT DEAL!!! Will definitely use again when in the area.

We were happy with all the facilities provided.

Knowing exactly how to access the hotel was not clear. It has a MacDonalds on one side and a petrol station on the other. There are no signs indicating the entrance to the hotel itself.
