Location - close to the beach; pool area, bar/cafeterias; the option to have lunch and dinner besides breakfast; supportive and friendly personell, water at the room, clean hotel

Would be nice to have / suggestions: Coffee machine at the rooms; quality check before check in (e.g. safe was not working), partially low or even missing internet connection within the room; the hired animation ladies for kids entertainment (appeared to be unmotivated and: suggestion to support Hotel’s sustainability aspect further by closing water pipe when not in use, e.g. between the refill of the bowl with water for the game of throwing a ball to splash the seated person); cafeteria partially not occupied and long waiting time, but only with one personell (eg 31.07.2025 evening shift, maybe double occupied with other tasks??!)

Close to the beach and shops. Very good range of food on the buffet compared to what can sometimes be offered in full board / AI type of hotels, with themed food nights too. Very efficient at replenishing the food too so it remains a full buffet and fresh. Comfortable room, more than enough space.

The gym only opens during the day, no early morning session. The meal times are traditional Spanish times and so seem a little late for the typical English traveller (lunch is 1:30pm start; dinner is 8:30pm start).

The staff was super friendly. The room had good space and the bed was very comfortable. Good location near to the beach and to grocery stores.

When we arrived at the room, it had a bad smells of bathroom drain. After using the bathroom and the shower I noticed that the smell had disappeared but it wasn’t the best welcome message. I miss an electric kettle in the room, specially for those who like a night tea or need to make milk to feed a baby. Wasn’t practical and nice leaving the room searching for hot water in the middle of the night. The parking is too expensive and also had a leaking water in -1 floor that fell directly on the car and made it dirty

The breakfast was a varied buffet, it was fresh and a mix of fruit, healthy yogurt, granola, nuts and hot food. Plenty supply as it never ran out. The location was excellent 2 minutes to beach and restaurants along the beach. Walking into town was about 15 minutes or you can catch the bus, the bus stop is less than a minute from hotel. It is a nice walk into town you can either walk along promenade or on the main foot path which is nice as it’s shaded from the tall buildings. The bed was very comfortable & very large. The staff are very pleasant and helpful, most of the staff speak a bit of English with is very helpful. The ladies who clean the rooms are wonderful.

I didn’t like the pillows as they were way to soft with no neck support. Also the doors to the rooms are very loud, unable to close them quietly, so you do need ear plugs.

Very modern and clean. Bedroom large with kingsize double bed and balcony. Plenty of electrical sockets. Good size bathroom with hairdryer and soft towels. Very fast wi-fi. Breakfast very good. Ample options both hot and cold. Reception staff all spoke English.

We didn't use the car park as seemed very expensive. We did look at carpark. Typical of hotel: lots of concrete pillars and tight spaces. Ample free parking in adjacent side roads and across the other side of the main road. Doubt there would be many spaces available in high season.

Secure on site parking at reasonable additional charge. Rooms clean and sufficient size, Good size bathroom and shower. Excellent staff, very friendly and helpful.

Bar closed too early. Only choice of food was a one charge buffet with only 1 truly gluten free option (another one adaptable less the sauce), and hardly any restaurants open nearby for food on a Sunday night (1 restaurant, 1 Burger King)

Very near the wonderful Cullera beach but not a lot happening at our end of the lovely walkway. It lacked buzz in the off-season. Great, however for wandering around the town which has lots of restaurants and local bars.

We had an evening meal for our three nights. The food was very good -- not exceptional -- but was good value for reasonable cost. However dinner began at 8pm which was quite late for us. The bar lacked atmosphere, but in fairness the whole scene was enhanced by a tango dancing festival taking place when we were there. The ladies provided a great colourful spectacle.

I wanted to share my positive experience at your hotel. The location was excellent, and the room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. I also want to highlight the wonderful service provided by your staff. They were all fantastic, but I particularly appreciated Lusine's kindness and helpfulness. Their attention to detail and willingness to assist made my stay even more enjoyable. Thank you for making my visit so pleasant!

Breakfast was good and varied , staff were great , plenty of everything. Location great for the beach , about 20 minute walk to the centre of town.

There is only one small thing , it could do with better products in the room, we had no shower gel during our stay and did tell reception , we had to use the hand soap , when you only travel for a few days , you cannot bring liquids so it’s appreciated, when the hotel supply it , this is only a small thing though , as we could have purchased some from local supermarket. The hotel is lovely with great staff.

Great location so close to the lovely beach! We loved the spacious accommodation and balcony with the sea view! The reception staff was lovely, helpful and professional. We asked for a duvet that was promptly delivered to the room. Wi-Fi was excellent and secure.

We liked the buffet breakfast but would have liked some more healthy options like tomatoes, cucumber etc. Also the cleaner could be a little less persistent leaving notices if customers want to sleep in and leave the “don’t disturb” sign out. It was a good holiday overall and we’d definitely come back to this hotel again!
