We loved the outside of the hotel with the beach and large pools. The food was amazing, and the servers were extremely friendly.

One of the staff called Raphael, was extremely rude, aggressive and confrontational. He did not have any respect for people, even abused elderly guests, and I don't think he should be working there anymore.

The hotel is a bit dated(definitely needs refreshing), so do not expect modern style.In my opinion, it shouldn't be a 4* .Rooms are spacious and bright with air conditioning and small fridge(seams not cooling at all),clean. There is no kettle and iron in the room. I feel that there is no food diversity, but you won't remain hungry-you may always find something for yourself. Staff is lovely and helpful.Swimming pools are not heated, lots of sunbeds around. The hotel is located just beside beautiful beach.

I had an exceptional stay at this hotel! The location is superb, boasting one of the best little beaches on the island right at its doorstep. Throughout my visit, the cuisine was delightful and offered a good variety, while the beverages were excellent. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating — everyone from the cleaning ladies to the receptionists, cooks, servers, and bartenders went above and beyond for any request. While the building itself may be a bit dated, it only adds to the charm of the place. Get the sea-view room, the view is definitely worth it!

Not really a con, but apart from the stunning beach, there isn't much within walking distance of the hotel, so I highly recommend renting a car — it will truly enhance your stay and make exploring the island much more enjoyable.

The best of this hotel is its location. Directly on the beach with white sand. Wonderful view from almost each spot of the hotel's area. The food was 50/50: you could find smth to your taste, but nothing spectacular. Coffee was also not bad (definitely much better that at some other hotels we used to stay on the island). Friendly personnel, always helpful, could speak many different languages well: English, German (most guests were German speaking), Dutch and others. Rooms old fashioned, but we'll cleaned and was comfortable for us, also good beds as to our taste.

Talking about the beach: you should be ready for MANY nudists, they tend to take long walks there...to get there from the hotel you need to take some steps, no possibility to get down for disabled people. In the hotel you feel like you went back in time to 80's or so, also very bad internet connection from rooms (even mobile one): if you plan to work there, you could do it only from central areas like reception hall...not much entertainment offered, even there was some. The pool was heated, but not that much, so we could not really enjoy it. There is no city around, so you need to take a bus to the closest one (10-15 min drive), we tried on Sunday, but the bus was already full so did not stop and we had to take a taxi instead for 12-15 euro one way.

Beach is very close and staff are very friendly also amazing to find a place without any cockroach which doesn't happen very often on Canary Islands, size of the room was great and mattress very comfortable ..... Stayed for 8 nights and enjoyed every single day. Amazing view for various places in the hotel.

We arrived around 6pm and stayed only one night and asked If we can get a lunch next day after check out. Usually it is not like that But They allowed us. Although we didnt go back at the End but it was a really nice gesture

There s an amazing beach in front of the hotel. There are freetime activities. The staff is very friendly. The food choice is huge.

A lot of equipment especially outdoors need repair, like the volleyball net, the swimming pool, plenty stairs ... Beside the quality food there some artificial tasting desserts and colorful yoghurts.

staff are super friendly (every single one of them)!! gorgeous beach & nice view from the room & food always fresh! i was quite suprised to have signal/ internet everywhere- after reading the reviews-i didn’t need to buy the wifi i just used my own on phone!

it’s in the middle of nowhere really- ie nothing really in walking distance! which is ok for a short while or if you’re happy just staying in the resort but if you want to go to a town would need to get buses/ taxis etc! we only there for 6 days so didn’t bother us too much! the cocktails wern’t very nice in my opinion- wish they had some malibu but overall can’t fault the staff- everyone so welcoming!

Corridor no light on the evening time didn’t work at all, air conditioner not work well, the building in general was good, but was some few things need work, painting and decoration, so can be look more new

Beautiful location on a cliff side overlooking a beautiful beach. Short drive to the beautiful beach of Mal Nombre (although you could walk to this along the beach at low tide). The staff were so friendly and accommodating. Short drive to Morro Jable that has some of the best snorkelling spots on the Island and some great beachside restaurants.

We had a car so it wasn't an issue but if you are going here without a car you would need to get a bus (which seems to come quite regularly), to get to slightly less windy beaches or any shops/bars/ restaurants. Very windy at times, but this is typical of the island.
