Great value on the all inclusive deal.. Quite outstanding given the price. Staff brilliant and always helpful.

Buffet a litter lacking in choice but what was on offer was good.

The location is great, there is access on foot to three beaches. Unfortunately as always in Spain you have to pay for the sunbeds, but you can also stay by the pool, there were always some free sunbeds. The food was really good and a good variety. I believe vegetarians would also be fine! The entertainment was really good too, each day something different.

The glasses, mugs and plates were really dirty I couldn't believe it. They didn't clean them properly. Watch out not to take a really dirty utensil. The drinks as always in all inclusive resorts of the sort leave a lot left to be desired. The cocktails were really not good and coming from a tap! Never seen such a thing before and hope not to see I to again. There's is no free WiFi in the rooms, you have to pay for it.

It's a stunning place, we were pleasantly welcomed by the staff and everyone was kind and nice. The pool is gigantic and there's walking access to some really nice beaches. The bed was really comfy. The all-inclusive drinks go to 11pm and they are decent enough, not amazing but also not bottom-shelf.

Room: It's a bit run down. It benefits from some reno. The pillows were a bit too soft for me but that's a personal taste. Food: There are plenty of options, but not a lot besides salads for vegetarians/vegans and to be honest the food is not more than ok. I understand it's hard to cook for so many people, but it's not a great food experience. Hotel infrastructure: Again it needs some improvements. It's a really big resort but it's showing it's starting to show it's age and could use some cosmetic facelift.

This was our second vacation here and we enjoyed it. The staff, the facilities, the view, all contributed to making our stay exactly as we wanted it. We appreciated the free Genius upgrade (we booked a room with a sea view and received a one-bedroom apartment with a large terrace where we could enjoy our very own sunbeds - and the sea view of course). Although it's not very close to the airport, there are taxis and shuttles, and Costa Calma is well worth the drive.

We loved our suite, which had wonderful views, was comfy and cleaned spotless daily. The buffet was amazing, I think I had a different fish every day. Enormous amounts of salad and vegetables were laid out. My husband loved the sweets. I swam before breakast evry morning in the outdoor heated pool. The only negative thing was the really poor state of the machines in the gym.

For example, pool was very clean, and ewerything arround pool was clean. when U want drink, they do it very fast so u dont need to wait long. animation Stuff was very kind and helpfull... (Adam, Laura etc.)

Room was kinda sad bcs minibar was EMPTY when we arrive, balcony door was hard to open and close, toalet doesn't have ventilation, and last time when we wanted from cleaner to clean our room, she doesnt put small towel. Kitchen was bad also, bcs they have a big choice, but all food was very bad tasting without any taste (they probably dont use any salt, papper, kari etc.), plates for food was 99% dirty from food, sodont expect much from rooms and kitchen...

It was a great experience. Hotel right by the beach, multiple beaches to be exact. Deliscious food, good drinks. Lovely swimming pool. Staff going beyond to make you feel comfortable and looked after. Amazing sun beds to rent. Great evening entertainment 👌

We loved EVERYTHING!!!

Very nice hotel - very clean and maintained interior as well as exterior (atrium, swimming pool areas). Large offer of meals whole day. Really large outside swimming pools with beautiful view on sea. It is close to a few very nice beaches around the hotel (5-10 min by walk). Nice and helpful staff.

Sometimes big noise from (drunk) visitors, who stayed in the "atrium" of hotel long after midnight - it is not possible to have opened window...

Very spacious, clean, well maintained. Food choices were amazing something for everyone. The staff are so friendly, and professional from our check in on reception giving us a full run down of timings and where everything is situated to the staff working in the buffet. Fab 2 day chill out from everyday routine. Will definitely return 👌🏼😀

Had to pay to use the spa which wasn't mentioned in the write up. 😔 Plus booking.com said check in from 2pm and our room wasn't ready till gone 3pm
