The view and the food were great. The location was amazing, near the beach. Very quiet area.

The Internet connection is so weak. Even if you buy the WiFi access for €7 a day, it isn't working.

The hotel area is very big but beautiful with a lot of plants and palm trees. Close to the sea. Good food and plenty. Main big pool was fine but there is a smaller one with the slide which is great. Very nice and helpful staff. Best mohitos:)

the staff, location for a beach holiday, catering and facilities were excellent

We didn’t get the higher level room we booked and paid for according to our room details and photo on booking and there was no wifi in the room although we paid the extra which was refunded, we assume someone else had complained about their room and was given ours before we arrived, on complaining we were told that no other rooms were available. our room was dark, on the ground floor with no net curtain so anyone passing could see in unless we drew the blackout curtain.

Very close to the beach and the Ion Club where I had booked windsurfing & wing-foiling lessons. Large and clean room. Friendly staff. Daily animations and activities. Good choice of food and drinks.

The free wifi - which is only available in the main hall - is very slow. I can't comment on the paid one, I didn't try.

The light in the bathroom went just before we went for dinner around 6.30pm. We did not expect that it would be fixed the same evening, but by 8pm the replacement was made! We were very impressed.

For me the mattress was too hard, but this is only personal preference.

The biggest asset of this resort must be the staff. Every single member of the staff we encountered was absolutely lovely and helpful. Room was spacey and comfortable, ocean was near by and food was good. Straight ten out of ten!

all the staff are beyond amazing and so friendly, and as a return customer they really looked after us and went the extra mile!

Super clean. Spacious & nice balcony. Majority of staff excellent. Really well ran. Food was good but could be more adventurous. No Asian / curry. Perfect location. Good music.

Definitely should have more drinking water dispensers throughout the property. Silly rule regarding dress code - no shorts at dining - it’s not the 1980’s!

Good choice of food in the restaurant. Plenty of sunbeds available and a great pool area. Position on the beach.

Lack of an adult only bar. Lack of hot drink facilities in the room. .
