My room was very clean, tidy and modern. The shower room was also clean, modern and came with complimentary shampoo and shower gel. When I had arrived to the hotel I had missed the dinner. I was staying all inclusive, so the staff had wrapped a few plates for me and left them in my room so I didn’t go hungry that evening. The beds were comfortable and I slept really well. The food within the restaurant was excellent, far better than a lot of other all inclusive hotels I’ve stayed at. All the bars offered plenty of drinks within the all inclusive package including; beers, cocktails, champagne, wine, soft drinks etc There was even a snack bar during the day incase you became hungry. The pool looked really nice, however I was travelling around the island during the day so I didn’t get to use this facility.

Unfortunately due to the hotel being on a hill, there were several levels to it, so if you have difficulty with stairs/lifts then be aware of this. Also due to this, there is no balcony to rooms as they are all on ‘ground level’. There is a balcony area to each room, but anyone can access your balcony from the outside. I was a bit disappointed that the lobby bar closed early, as I’m someone who likes a ‘quiet drink’ and if you want to drink past 9pm you have to go into the disco bar which was quite loud. Surprisingly there was a roof top next to the disco bar but with no seating, so this is something I think the hotel should consider.

We had a lovely little break here. Located at the top of a residential area, it is very quiet, but also a little far from anything other than a few shops. Our suite was excellent. It includes a hairdryer, Fridge, kettle with a few teas & coffees (no milk), an extra (smart) TV in living area - we took our firestick, which worked really well. The wifi connection was OK but a little on the slow side. Room was cleaned every morning. Just sheets on the bed, but there were fluffy blankets in the (walk-in!) wardrobe which helped at night. Air-con didn't work, as stated in other reviews but this didn't bother us at all. I would however, be a deciding factor during late spring/summer times. It looked like all the suites were on the ground floor so more of a terrace than a balcony.. they were very big and have sun beds as well as table with 2 chairs. Suites are very close to the restaurant, which was great, and looking slightly away from the pool, which keeps things quite peaceful. Overall, food was better than what you get at a lot of all-inclusive venues. Reasonable variety throughout our stay.. always something there that we liked.

Hotel could be clearer on exactly what you get in the rooms and their overall communication wasn't great. The use of the Spa facilities should be included. Reception miss-informed us at check-in that we had 1 hour use of Spa per day, when in fact we had no access (because we booked ourselves rather than through an operator - Jet2 and TUI get 1 hour per day). This would be fine if this was made clear but even the staff can't figure it out. We found the reception manager quite unhelpful and rather abrupt when we tried to resolve the matter. So - just to clarify - if you book the hotel yourself (i.e.. via here) you will not get any inclusive time in the Spa unless you pay €15 per person per day.

The personnel is very friendly and helpful, reception, bar, kitchen , even the cleaning ladies are joyful and nice to meet. The food is good. Many choices, you can be vegetarian, vegan or whatever your food choices are, you will find tasty food to eat. The room is clean. The pools are nice. You can find books to read in many language.

We were a bit disappointed with the animation in the evening. Theoretically it’s between 21 and 24h. In reality it starts around 21h30 and ends no later than 23h. We wanted to dance but the dance floor is not shadow enough and so people won’t feel confortable to go dance under full white light spot. The boy responsible with the music seems bored and just want everyone go home I guess. I’ve seen more animation in regular hotels with kids. You don’t want to feel like in a retirement home.

I stayed here for 6 months while working online and surfing with half-board option! IMO this hotel is the best value for working/surfing in Fuerteventura! The food is good with Mexican, China's, Rib, steak nights with good meat for dinners and a lot of vegs/salads. Breakfasts are good too and you can always find some healthy mix for you! The WIFI is tapped at 4-5mbps, but the connection is stable and good for work (important for me)! 4/5G also exits in the room too ;) Pool area is nice and gym is good add-on as well! There's a basketball and football court too! The hotel is 20min from the beach by walk but Bird scooters are around the corner so it took me 2-3mins while using it on daily basis (Brids have a unlock deal that you can buy through the app for 25 unlock etc) The hotel is quiet for work/living and well maintained considering the price thus I will be staying longer! :)

Considering the value nothing!

Loved the cleanliness , the heated pool and that there is no crowd. Also the food selection is really good.I would like to highlight Sellami the barman, he is the shining star of all the staff.Generally is a good hotel and I would come back if the location would be a bit more lively. If you are looking for a super quiet place than KN is highly recommended.

The beds in the room are extremely uncomfortable, the entertainment is very poor,way too quiet for an Adult only hotel, the "lady" in the shop is terribly unpleasant and the gym is really outdated.

Hotel is great! Staff very helpfull and friendly. Good food. Even tho hotel was pretty full you couldn't really feel it- no rush at the dinning room, still much enough sun beds next to the pool. Nice and quiet place- great to stay around, chill and enjoy the peacfully atmospher.

The worst part of our stay was... beds. Matresses are really uncomfortable and definitly should be replaced. I was awake good few times every night as literally couldn't move cuz of the pain in my back. Rooms need to be refreshed a bit too.

Kn Matas Blancas is a nice modern comfortable hotel. Pool area is beautiful and terrace super nice to admire the view down to the beaches,and up to the FV-2 !. The beaches and bars are a good 20 minute walk away,which is ok going down but a pain coming back up the hill.

Location is an issue if you are not mobile. I would have expected all inclusive guests to have FREE the use of the Spa, but this is not the case ; its is chargeable. I would have expected a kettle in the room - again chagreable. The rooms can be noisy as rooms are not soundproofed.

Low budget hotel, not really a 4*; Dust and ants in the room, black hair in the toilet and on the bed; pretty gray towels; Extra tax for safety deposit; Far away from the airport (about 70km), with only one public bus to get (line 10), taxi around 80-100 eur; about 15 minutes walking distance from the bus stop in Costa Calma; Car needed to explore the island - we booked a car from a rent a car recommended by the hotel staff, but with some problems with opening/closing the car trunk;

Third time here and never disappointed. The staff is brilliant. They just do the necessary to make your stay comfortable. The hotel is always clean. Very good size bedroom and comfy bed. Issue with a shower was fixed in less than an hour. Thanks so much to Noemi who was the housekeeper in our corridor. Very professional and hardworker. We'll be back for sure.

I wouldn’t say anything in particular apart from the behave of some British residents that makes you wonder if we're still humans.

The staff were lovely and hotel clean. Plenty of sunbeds but it was early season. It was nice to have the spa to go to too.

Location wasn't great as there are no other bars or restaurants close by. Saying that, taxis are cheap to go into the busier areas.
