Almost everything was fine.

The rooms were bit weary. Dinner had a great selection of food, but everything could do with a bit more seasoning. All meat pasta ect tasted the same. They put the drinks and snacks we had in the pool bar on the bill of the room. At the end of our stay when we got the bill we realized several drinks, that we did not actually order were added to the bill. Thats was awkward and it was also a bit difficult to get this sorted as the receptionist didnt really speak english.

Sea view from room- that's why I chose it, sound of waves during night, food- they make exelent choices. Also the time for breakfast and early dinner- congratulations.

Sauna and all area around sauna suppose to be renovated years ago. The floor desks are broken somewhere, quite dangerous to fall down... Beds in room- not too much comfortable, I would suggest to change them.

Everything went well! The pools were amazing. The Hotel beach area ideal and relaxing; The rooms were very comfortable with lovely sea views which we requested; Everything worked; Car parking was easy; The facilities in spa were very good and varied. This was an added bonus to our stay. We took advantage of the special treatment offers in the spa which were available. Morning yoga and meditation classes were starting on the Sunday after we left the hotel. This is a great idea! The setting is perfect and we hope to be able to participate during our next visit.

The fridges in the room were not that cold and could be updated. Perhaps some complimentary bottled water or water fountains available around the hotel.

- Great location - on the beach, with beach access - room was a sea view and was brilliant - loved the swimming pool - breakfast buffet was tasty

- a bit old, in need of refurbishment (room, bathroom and resort in general) - they charge for coffee & tea sachets in the room which I found weird [it’s not like I didn’t like this part, but good to know] about the ambience and crowd, people staying there were mostly 65+

4 days into our stay the evening dining rules changed and we were allocated the same table for dinner and had a choice of 2 sitting times ie 6pm to 7.30 or 8pm to 9.30. We found this very restrictive.

The Hotel is beautiful, located is excellent, facilities super, food delicious. Staff were so kind and professional. I was a solo traveller, and could not have been made to feel more comfortable. Will certainly try and return again

The hotel is in a good position on the beach front . It’s best to go for a sea view room

The standard of house keeping has dropped from previous visits , the bed linen was not changed during our 10 day stay and the room and balcony was not cleaned as well as it could have been . The building is in need of freshening up ,paintwork and bathrooms especially.We have been to this hotel many times previously before lockdowns and had always been happy with our stay. Not quite so happy this time .

Staff on main reception were quite hostile Very little information regarding the facilities Were not interested in speaking a little slower therefore found it hard to understand them considering the age profile of the guests are mainly elderly

So idyllic. Paradise. Heated outdoor pool. Straight on to beach from hotel property. Huge variety at mealtimes. Beautifully presented food.

A few jets in thalasso Spa did not work. At breakfast time one had to queue for fresh bread which was delicious. Surely hotel could have put out another bread board and knife. I find it amazing that the maitre of hotel had not noticed this. Garden near breakfast terrace needs weeding and a few more flowering bushes would have been nice. I nearly volunteered for a job but I'm 80!

One of the outdoor pools has warm waters … you can use it even in December

The SPA closes too early (18:00) and it was closed on January 1st
