The best resort I've ever stayed at. Spacious, clean rooms with a lovely big balcony. Air-conditioning works very well. The pools were big and lovely. The food at restaurant was delicious and fresh at every meal, fresh seafood and meats at lunch and dinner.. the resort has 3 bars, one at the pool, one on the beach and one opening in the evening with different shows to entertain.The resort has a private beach with umbrellas and lounge chairs which was just so convenient. The resort is easy accessible from the airport by airport shuttle ( 38 euro return ticket) the driver will drop you directly to the hotel and pick you up from the hotel too. All trips available from the south of island will come to collect you at the hotel too. Costa Calma is a lovely small town with a nice park and few stores. Would also recommend visiting a local market ( close to police station) every Sunday until 1pm. I would also recommend spending a day on a boat trip with Magic&Sailing company. The location is good. The staff is friendly. Sufficiently spacious.Needs an update. But I got what I expected.There was enough food. The variety is quite good. I liked.

When we moved in there were several cockroaches. And one in the room. But in the future we did not see them.This means that efforts are being made to fight.And who has rooms with access to the garden. It is advisable not to leave the door open. Uninvited guests can visit.And for a couple, it is not very good to accommodate on two single beds. A little uncomfortable.

• Rooms: The rooms are a bit outdated, but they are clean and well-maintained. Basic amenities are provided, and the beds are comfortable enough for a good night’s sleep. • Breakfast: A standard selection similar to what you’d find in most hotels—nothing extraordinary, but decent. There’s a good variety, so everyone should find something they like. Fresh fruit, pastries, eggs, and continental options are available. Coffee could be better, but it does the job. • Beach: The location is perfect! The beach is sandy and stretches for a long distance, making it great for walks. There are plenty of opportunities for a scenic stroll along the shore, with the option to return through the city center. The area is clean, and the water is clear, making it a great spot for relaxation.

Nothing there really to dislike. The only minor downsides were the long queues at the bar after dinner and the wait at the pool bar, which could be a bit frustrating at times. However, there was always someone around to have a nice chat with, so it wasn’t too much of an issue.

For the cost of the stay I didn't expect to have to pay extra for WiFi to reach the room. Internet connection would only be available in the lobby and even so was extremely slow and unreliable. I didn't try the pay for one. The Spa facilities were closed which was a disappointment.

The food selection was great!

Unfortunately I ate a savoury rice in pool bar on day 1 which must have been cooked in seafood stock or something and I developed a SEVERE allergic reaction. I was then on a drip at Dr's clinic for 3 hours and only able to eat white rice and drink water for the next 3 days of our trip. Feel the kitchen should have noted this in the signage for the product. At first glance or taste, I couldn't have known that it was cooked in seafood which I'm allergic to.

Pleased with the location of the resort. The receptionist very helpful same as all the barman’s, weiters and cleaning ladies. Good opportunities even in the surrounding of the resort regards of the nice places and other fabulous beach’s.

Breakfast was colourful, but the lunch and the dinner not. The meat dishes were not tasty at all. The animators had a weird behaviour and program’s.

Very good location of the resort. Superb staff, very kind and helpful. Absolutely clean room with everyday cleaning, well done from the cleaning ladies.

The food was not really good, I’ve tried to find everyday something what can taste me, but without success. Breakfast was good. On the other hand the lunch and the dinner were not tasty at all and most the meals from meat’s.

My room was perfect fior me travelling alone. Lovely balcony with perfect views. Beach was perfect. Private and right on site. Plenty of beds. Safe for swimming

No sockets either side of the beds for charging phone. Also no iron available...even to rent.

It was an "ad hoc" booking (we showed up within a couple of hours from making a reservation) and still everything was ready for our arrival. The Lady in the reception was very welcoming and caring, directed us straight away to the restaurant for a dinner-to make sure we don't miss out on it as it was nearly 14:30. We loved such an approach and the dinner too. BTW the selection and quality of the food was really great: the see food, the fish, succulent beef steaks, the salads, the desserts, the fruit and much much more. All that was very difficult to resist. Our "weight-watching" plans had to be postponed until after the holiday (just a joke). Luckily the nearby beach and the swimming pools gave us a fair chance to burn some of that calorie intake. The condition and the quality of the room was pristine, cleaning services-just spot on. The view of the sea and the palm trees made us fully aware that we were away, on sunny holidays again.

I should have asked for an electric kettle.

Everything from the staff to the food to the facilities was on point. Everything is there for you to have a great relaxing holiday, or get involved with some fun activities if you wish. The pool zumba was specifically ace.

There was nothing except the weather in the evening and early morning was abit rainy. But by about 9am that clears up. Thats november december for you anyway.
