Location was great, next to shops, restaurants, 2 mins from the beach and there were always parking spots on the street and a parking lot for guests to use. Everything felt very fresh and recently renovated. The staff were always extremely friendly and helpful. Lovely little touches like little a mini bottle of wine, tea bags and a couple of biscuits on arrival alongside some shower gel etc in the bathroom really elevated the experience. The pool area was beautifully appointed and clean and the sun loungers were comfy. Bedsheets and towels changed regularly too. The whole complex had a nice, quiet and relaxed feel. I would definately stay here again, just perhaps in a different room.

The location of my studio was in the main building and had a window onto the main road so when the bins were emptied at 4am it woke me up. A really small detail but the pans were too big for the stove top so could only use one at a time and some of the utensils were dirty which was a bit off putting. Also people would chat early in the morning before entering the building directly under my window and the balcony over looked all the other rooms in a central courtyard so not very private. However none of this would not prevent me booking again but something to bear in mind. It would be great to know where different room types were located in order to get a more private/quiet room next visit.

Check-in was very quick and straight forward. Reception manager was very helpful. Apartment very clean (clean up service 5 out of 7 days + fresh towels). Kitchen - small but equipped good enough to make breakfast (eggs). It does have a chopping board and a bread knife (funny to mention that but it is not a standard on the island :D). 5 minutes walk to the beach. Very nice swimming pool. They do have private parking lot and at the time we were there there was always free spot. Parking on the street is possible but might be challenging to find free spot. Mosquito net in every window!

The view from the apartment wasnt too exciting. TV - only German channels work. English speaking ones have no audio - we didnt bother to report that... TV is our mission on the holidays ;)

Charming and spacious villas! The views were incredible, the complex is amazing, it has everything you might need. Beds were extra comfy. The staff were very helpful and nice, they are all multilingual. The kitchen was fully stacked. Pool was nice, there is also a shopping center and restaurants nearby. The beach is like 2 min away. 👌 Overall, our stay was magical!!! We would recommend this hotel to all our friends going to Fuerteventura!

When we got in, the villa smelled weird, like moist, like nobody was staying there for months. The shower glass had an old mould stain at the top, the shower handle was broken. There are loooots of cockroaches in the villa but I think this is a canalisation problem of the whole island, not just the hotel. Parking was hard during the day and finding parking places is a challenge.

Everything was perfect. The apartments are very clean, and very comfortable, and the whole area is beautiful. Very safe area. Everything was as described: Reception was open 24 hours, moskitera is on each window and on balcony door. We had lovely terrace where there was sun all day, and we had pool view and it was very beautiful. It was very quiet and very close to supermarkets. The staff at reception and the lady who cleaned our room are very kind and very friendly and very competent and very professional.

The whole area is very beautiful and well taken care of, and there is a great pool. It is also very close to the beach, there are two supermarkets nearby. The room was very clean, and was cleaned regularly. Great value for the money paid.

There were micro-ants in the kitchen area in my studio, I guess it is impossible to completely get rid of them. I had a funny bedroom lamp which was strangely flashing during the night above my bed when it was supposed to be off. The problem was reported to the reception, however it wasn't really fixed.

Absolutely gorgeous place. Myself and my daughter enjoyed every minute. The complex was kept so so well, the grounds, the pool all clean and kept clean. The apt itself was perfect. Great size, sparkling clean. The pool was well used! Shops, bars and restaurants all so close. Staff were super friendly and very helpful. We’ll be back very soon

Constuction works next door but thats not the fault of the accomodation! Couldnt fault that at all.

Bright, spacious, well furnished and stocked apartment, including a safe at no extra cost. Location superb for the beautiful adjoining beach.

Could have benefitted from air conditioning and some basic cleaning products, such as washing up liquid. Towels could have been changed more regularly.

The location, the facilities, the pool. Everything is well maintained in general. Special wishes were satisfyingly met with.

The kitchen equipment, the quality of the furniture (stains on the sofa), the bed was also not very comfortable.

Lovely, clean complex. We stayed here six years ago and loved the location. Room was just right and the pool was heated so yes we will be coming back here. The staff at Reception were very polite and helpful. Lovely hotel complex.

The only thing I could ask to improve is to be able to sit around the pool after 1800. The pool area closed at 1800 and the sun was still in the sky. By all means close the pool but allow people the choice of staying a little longer on the sunbeds.
