he hotel is about a hour from the airport by car and super easy to find. You could hire a car from the airport, althought not stricly necessary. We were on All-inclusive so we stayed most of the time in the hotel, with some short trips to visit the surranding areas which are connected by newly asphalted roads (2023). We loved the everything on our stay, from the amazing food quality in each meals, with lots of different choices every day and of course the included cerveza/sangria by the clean and nice pool.

Was everything nice, but to be picky and only from a purely personal taste: cocktails and soft-drinks had too much sweeteners. Lastly, such of a great shame most of the amazing quality food were spoilt by an excessive usage of cumin!

Reception desk service was perfect. We’ve received double room which was great as we were traveling in 3 persons.

Food could be more varied.

Very clean hotel and friendly staff. Great selections of foods - really enjoyed the seafood. The room was great. Big balcony and great seaview. We would come back.

The pool was so could, not heated. The tables at the pool seemed to the only place at the hotel which was not cleaned. They were sticky and dirty from drinks. There was so much food to choose from, not all of it tasted great. It would be better to focus om quality instead of quantity. The pillows were so bad !!! Worst pillows ever. We both got neck pain and headache. We asked for a new one but it was just as bad as the first one.

The beach was only a few minutes walk which was perfect. There's not much to do in the area, which was fine for us as we were just there for 3 days to relax. I recommend all inclusive. The buffet was pretty good and we particularly enjoyed special moments like the chef cooking paella by the pool for lunch one day, and the Iberico ham at dinner another day. The outdoor space of the restaurant is really lovely with a view. Staff were so friendly and helpful! Entertainment was lively and a laugh. We loved playing tennis in the morning and my partner appreciated the gym. Overall really good value and a relaxing last minute break for us.

There is a sewage smell around parts of Costa Calma which was unpleasant (not an issue in the hotel grounds though). Cocktails were really bad... desserts weren't great, but we liked the ice cream and the chocolate foundation that was there one of the days. Most of the guests are German so food was perhaps catered more to them. Our shower had some mould/limescale but didn't bother us too much. Also, the hotel is 1 hour drive from the hotel and costs about 100 euros.

the food was so amazing! i was so full but still couldn’t wait for the next meal! the choices were okay, there was meat, fish, lots of veggies and cold dishes, fruit, dessert, lots of side dishes… they really know how to prepare sea food and fishes, they were amazing! the cocktails choices under the all inclusive were not huge, i think maybe 6 cocktails however they were delicious! the staff was so friendly and polite. the rooms are nice.

the hotel can be quite noisy because of the room doors which had a huge gap underneath them. hope they renovate the doors soon! there were not enough sun umbrellas at the pool, you usually had to be very early to get one. the snack bar had very little snack options and the snack were often soggy and not that good… it was disappointing since sometimes we skipped breakfast or lunch because of other booked activities and we rather waited on dinner which was amazing than eat the soggy cold snacks.

I had a wonderful stay at Labranda Golden Beach Hotel. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the experience even more enjoyable. One of the highlights was our sea-view room, which offered breathtaking views of the sunrise. It was a pleasure to watch the sunrise not only from the balcony but also from inside the room. The pool area was very inviting, with plenty of sun loungers available, so finding a spot was never an issue. The buffet breakfast and meals were diverse and delicious, with enough variety to create different meals each day. There were options suitable for every dietary preference, which was a great plus. Overall, Labranda Golden Beach Hotel provided a comfortable and relaxing stay with stunning views, excellent service, and a great dining experience. I would happily return!

The only minor downside was the soundproofing of the rooms—it depended a lot on the neighbors if the eoom was calm, as the insulation wasn't very strong. Additionally, while the hotel offered activities such as tennis, the balls available for guests were unfortunately in poor condition. Another small improvement would be adding a mirror in the main room, as the only one was in the bathroom.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel generally was very clean and tidy, bright and spacious. Our rooms had a brilliant sea view and had plenty of space. The shower in the bathroom was great. The poolside entertainment (aqua gym and bachata dance class) by Danny was really fun and he did a great job getting everyone involved. The food was good, always fresh, but the fresh fruit was a bit hit and miss. The all inclusive drinks were good, Amstel beer on tap, the wine provided at lunch and dinner was nice, the sangria was great and the cocktails were mostly good. Loved the little pintxos snack bar. The hotel, beach and general area was pretty quiet, which is what we wanted. There were plenty of loungers by the pool and the cabanas were comfy. The beach was a short walk from the hotel and beautiful, clean and clear water. Didn't get chance to use the gym but it looked like it had everything you would need for a quick holiday workout.

The pool floor does need repairing. It didn't put us off using it but you could feel loose tiles at the bottom of the pool.

This is an exceptional hotel. All newly refurbished, very clean and great food. Everything exceeded our expectations.

We stayed 4 nights all inclusive (definately go for all inclusive if you drink more than one alcoholic drink per day). Food was great with good choice and good quality. Cocktails were strong! Dining area bright, open and choice to sit outside. Our room was great (5th floor) with good sea views. Room was clean and large. Short walk to beach. Probably the best hotel we have stayed in abroad and the price was really good.

There were no major issues and it is probably the best hotel we have stayed in abroad. Being picky: Fridge in room was noisey (we unplugged it each night) and balcony door didn't lock. Entertainment was bit rubbish but we viewed it as a bonus. The hotel and resort is 95% German speaking and quiet so take that into account if you want a bit more evening entertainment. Bit of a queue at the bar in the evening as only one member of staff working.
