Good pools, lots to do on site, plenty of food options, ok evening entertainment, nice surroundings, adequate rooms with everything you would expect.

The food looked great and there were plenty of things to choose from but much of it lacked flavour and taste. Breakfast needed improvement. Juices were not good. Wine and beer on tap were good though.

There was a variety of options for all meals. Staying for a week, you will see some repetition, but there is so much fresh meat, fish, veg and salad that I was always happy. The heated pool was great. I didn't try the other pools as they were cold. The staff are always active, keeping the place clean, preping tables, making food, putting on entertainment. All the while being a friendly and approachable.

The hotel was great at the end of March as it wasn't peak season. I can imagine that it would feel too crowded in the canteen and the bars in peak season. The Tapas restaurant which you need to reserve was small, and the food wasn't as nice as the main canteen food.

We had an apartment, which was spacious, the view to the ocean was breathtaking. The food was decent enough, plenty to choose from, but I have had better, but also worse. The italian isle was the best, fresh meat, pasta and amazing pizza.

The resort is super big, you can easily get lost. The indication at the reception was basic, and it took us some time to locate our room. The resort overall needs to be more looked after in terms of cleaning. The towels and the curtains could benefit of an upgrade, as some were ripped. The food was dubious on a few ocassions, especially the beans and carrots, seemed to be stale. The drinks were too waterred down.

The room was spacious and clean, and the comfortable beds and pillows ensured a restful night's sleep. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the great variety of freshly cooked food and the different types of pools. Overall, we had a nice and relaxing time during our stay.

Unfortunately, the alcohol was cheap and low quality, which was a bit disappointing. Coffee was also horrible. There was some chaos with the outdated activity program, and the entertainment was poor. The towels were smelling musty after the first use. The staff only on the reception could speak English, i think the others should know at least some basic words..

This large resort hotel occupies a great seafront location, yet you have to go around the back of the hotel to get in. Facilities are very good with a choice of pools, each with its own bar, there are games facilities and sports onsite too. The all-inclusive option is popular and provides more than enough food and drink options from the main restaurant - there are also two themed restaurants onsite. My room was comfortable and the pillows are lovely.

Some reception staff are great, others not very helpful, suggesting you come back the next morning when their shift is finished. I expect a 4* hotel in a location where tap water is unsafe to drink to provide bottled drinking water in the room. When I questioned this I was told I could obtain bottled water from the bar, yet when I asked the barman for water he told me I could buy some at the local supermarket - this did not meet with my expectations! Whilst the pillows are great, the bed toppers are a little uncomfortable

Room was clean and had all amenities needed for our stay. Hotel was big, plenty of space around pool areas. Good variety of food during breakfast, lunch and dinner. Few shops nearby within 10 minutes walk aswell as a supermarket.

Alcohol was local and not premium branded drinks and did not taste great. Was very quiet and not alot of music in the Salon or by the pool.

Clean room, very good food with plenty of selections, location close enough to the beach, lovely pools, especially eternity pool (I was even lucky enough to swim a couple of distances from one end of the pool to the other, with no other people in the pool at the time). We went to asian restaurant on friday - the food was great there aswell (but make sure to reserve the place well in advance!). We also liked the spanish dance show and kids loved mini disco. Decent cocktails at Bar salón. Guys from sport animation team (Jamal (?) and the other one with curly hair) - if I get it right, they are new, just started their position few days before our arrival.

- Crowded restaurant - it was sometimes difficult to get a free table if we came few minutes after the restaurant opened (especially for dinner at 6.30 P.M). Some days were crowded even for breakfast at 8.a.m already. Self service beer at the snack bar (the nearest to the pool) was “out of service” at the time we were there so from time to time there was a long line to wait to get a beer from the bar man. - Parking in front of hotel, by my opinion, needs some renovation (sandy, with some big holes, hard to drive and park on it).

Everything was perfect, great staff is very friendly. great brekfast, lunch and diner. Everything was fresh. Very good animation team, Girls with smiles for all. rooms very clean, accomendation number one, before collect keys to room men send as to restaurant on lunch becouse lunch was closed in 30 min, All the time we had many many and many more different foods. Im sure next time I return to sbh Maxorata.

Family holiday all inclusive for a family of four, 2 kids 8 and 4 years old. This hotel delivered everything you need for an all inclusive. The food was different every dinner, poolside lunch amazing, kids club was amazing and location is just a dream. right by the beach with plenty of sunbeds. For what we paid for the family room with balcony and sea views me and my wife felt this was very cheap for the service. overall 10/10 we will be coming back again.
