Clean room and surroundings. Views unbeatable - the sea view is definitely worth paying a bit more. Swimming pool is smaller than seems in the pictures, but not so many people use it so it was ok. Food tasty and wide selection available.

Paying for drinks at dinner is below the belt - the hotel is very pricey and asking guests to pay for water to dinner is very cheap - it leaves a negative taste for little money, the hotel should change this policy immediately! Not many parking spaces available.

- Very polite and helpful staff. - Lovely location and a beautiful view. - Fantastic internet speed if you want to do some office work. - Spacious room and lovely shower.

- We were told swimming pool is heated but it was not. Early morning swim was cold. - My 4 year old was shivering in the children's pool when we went in at 1PM. So, both pools didn't seem like heated at all. - Chicken was chewy almost everyday and fish lacked flavours. Vegetarian food was average. One of the days we went to Leos restuarant down the road at Morra Hable for dinner and got this burst of flavours that we had expected from Riu Jandia. You guys have to hire that chef. - Sofa bed is not comfortable. - Spa was fully booked for 3 days and we could not get any slot. Maybe hire more masseuse and add some more rooms to meet the demand. - For the high cost of the room and 5 stars, I had expected better for above.

The breakfast and evening meals were excellent, well cooked and plenty of choice. The location and sea views some of the best we have ever seen ,simply paradise. The staff were all helpful and friendly, nothing too much trouble.

Couldn’t fault the holiday, probably less stairs would be good but keeps you fit and there is always the lift , and if you want the views you need to be higher up, every view was a picture.

We arrived off the ferry at 21:30, after dinner had finished. We were immediately recognised by Luc (we were the last people left to check in that day) who reassured us that a dinner had been saved, a welcome drink was there, and he just helped us to relax and start our holiday.

We hadn’t realised they had no parking, but we found a space in a nearby street.

I had a great experience during my stay. Although the room that was initially assigned did not have the full ocean view I was expecting when I booked, the reception staff were very understanding of my need for quiet and tranquility during my stay and were flexible in allocating another room as it became available the following day. Rooms are large and clean, great variety of food to choose from, and the elevated view over the beach and the ocean from the pool is absolutely breathtaking. The hotel is built on a coast so be ready to walk on a lot of stairs (beside taking the elevator) and burn those calories after enjoying the restaurant meals if you don’t want to use the gym which is small but decent enough and was almost always empty during my stay. You might get lost a bit as the lower layout of the hotel is like a maze (the signaling in the lower elevator and around the pathways can definitely be improved). It is a really large hotel so quite easy to be “just another guest in the crowd” but the people working there make you feel really welcomed and that you are important. You can see they are hard working people always running around and actually getting things done but always smiling at you and greeting you with a lot of warmth from housekeeping to gardening, restaurant teams, handlers, reception, all of them.

There could be improvements made on the pillows size, AC filters (my allergies flared up) and signaling around the lower part of the hotel

We had an amazing sea view room with a nice balcony with spectacular blue ocean and breeze at night. Breakfast was sumptuous and delicious and so was the dinner. So many food options, which was both delicious and fresh with different daily buffet options. There is one a-la-carte restaurant which however needed to be booked and could only be visited once per stay. We managed to get the booking and the dinner was fabulous, food delicious, proper silver service fine dining. We had a kid with us and since it was fine dining there was not much for him to chose from. The headwaiters was really nice to allow the kid to bring the food from the buffet restaurant and eat with us at the same table so we could enjoy our fine dining experience. This was very nice and we were very grateful.

The pool was a disappointment, it was mainly for the kids. Small and water is not heated. Not sure it was sea water like the description says as we never took a swim, as the water was cold. One major disappointment was the fact that beach sun loungers weren't of the hotel, and we were asked to pay for the sun beds and umbrella. We were totally confident that beachfront hotel would have its own part of the beach with sun beds for the guests, so beware, you have to pay to stay by the beach unless you just stay on the sand. There is no spa or kids club or any kids entertainment, but that's just a side note, not much of a disappointment.

Super room, decent buffet, close to beach, good night entertainment. One of the best hotels I have stayed in.

This is the first time I find nothing negative. Public transport on the island is terrible, but that is not the fault of the hotel.

The staff is incredibly friendly and speaks several languages. Dinners were really good and with wide assortment, lots of seafood. Very nice beach nearby. Room was large with everything we needed.

It is better to book room with an ocean view if possible. Majority of people in the hotel were 60+, it’s not something bad just did not expect that :)

Great hotel situated a few minutes from the beach by private elevator and stairs. The rooms were big and pool area was lovely, great views and comfy sun-loungers and cabanas. Food and drink was good. Breakfast was excellent.

The bed in our room was 2 doubles beside each other so they could move apart, quite annoying - we paid for the most expensive sea view room with a king bed! Gym was a little limited for weights and could really do with a pull up bar. Most of the staff were very friendly and helpful but did not speak good english.

the location is amazing! all the people who work there are so nice and helping. every night live music. it is next to the beach and the food is the best here !!

the renovations are cheaply done. shame there is no sauna anymore and the equipment in the gym is not working well anymore. there is not much to complain but this are things that are important for my holiday. I really do love This hotel. lotsss of stairs and it is easy to lose your way in the hotel and not for people who cannot walk well
