Value for money, fresh food, and stunning location. I cannot complain as the standard is value to money, the hotel could be refurbished but then would have been more expensive. So for those who are looking for a budget holiday and who likes to spend time at the beach , then it's enough. Hotel is located just a minute walk to Morro Jable beautiful beach ( with a paid beach bar, toilets, showers , sunbeds, etc. shop.nearby) Hotel It's quiet and smaller then other resorts, so food choice is not as big but it's fresh and good enough. If you are looking for some entertainment or more facilities maybe it won't be enough for you. We have to use public parking because hotel doesn't have one I used this hotel a couple of times, as it meets my requirements ( I just need spmewhere to sleep, eat, and beach location at low cost) all three boxes ticked 👌

Bar could be slightly improved 😉 You need to pay a €1deposit for a plastic cup ( each), fair enough , not complaining, but I wasn't aware at the beginning, so good to know to be prepared. I bought myself a wine glass in the supermarket and used this instead , as plastic cup.for wine is a no-no for me 😉

The location just across from the sandy clean beach, walking distance to all amenities, water sports and tourist activities.

Apple products cannot access the internet with the free Wifi. You have to use your mobile data service.

I would definitely recomend this hotel.There is everything you need in it.The location is perfect.It is situated around 150m from the main beach which is really big and wide.There are supermarkets,bus stops within walking distance.The rooms were clean with comfortable beds.Big enough bathroom and functional kitchenette.Good wifi signal and really nice and helpful staff in the reception.

no kettle in the apartment , the food was too monotonous in cafeteria.Other than that no issues.

Staff were wonderful. At reception, in the restaurant, at the bar. The cleaning staff everyone smiling. Always saying Hola and remembering our names. Also pool area was very relaxing and clean. Good choice of food for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. Tea and coffee and drinks available all day at pool bar. Very close to the wonderful beach in morro jable and a short walk to the old town.. Plenty of shops and restaurants, bars along the main strip not far from the hotel.

It was very clean and the apartment was big, spacious and being around the pool , it was in a great location.

The all inclusive food was good but lacking a few days in the evening. Breakfast was the best meal, lunch had good choices but the evening should be more special ; more colourful choices including fresh vegetables.

Good location, close to beach. Room nice and quiet, away from main street. Beds were nice and firm. Nice, friendly colour scheme of hotel. Helpful staff. Good buffet breakfast.

Critical: Some electrical outlets were coming apart (eg. card slot by door, kitchen power point). Microwave turntable not turning. Not critical: Water was draining from hand basin despite plug. Entrance door lock area quite worn. Cushions and blankets not great.

Fantastic location, just out the way enough from the busy shops and close to the amazing long beach. Rooms very clean and spacious. Pool and sun-beds in perfect location and availability. Pool bar with music was lovely.

Could have been more options for food but the food available was lovely and fresh. Sometimes it’s nice to not have too much choice

Pillow was not so comfortable, I usualy prefer flat pillows but this is my preference

The life guard was poor and the flags, really you need to invest in so.e flags not pieces of washed out rag. We were not all inclusive and the life guard came across as rude when asked questions.
