Absolutely beautiful hotel - amazing room, sea view from balcony, lovely restaurant. Wine, sangria and beer included in dinner buffet. Parking was easy at the front of the hotel, only on Thursday at day time you cannot park there because of a market.

The check-in guy was in a bad mood. Construction going on in front of the hotel. The pool area can be a bit windy. No water bottle refilling station and tiny plastic water bottles in the room, although they claim to be sustainable. Also, it was horrible to see all the buffet leftovers thrown into the bin after each meal - full serving trays of beautiful salads etc. There should be a food redistribution program.

In my oppioin food was very average. And room can be more clean and at least they can put some bottles of water in room in all inclusive package

The activity staff were the loveliest people - the outdoor pilates and aqua biking were very well done but the pool area was still nice and chilled. Wide selection of food and nice being able to watch your food be cooked infront of you. Bed was comfy and firm. The pool view room we had was lovely, although you had to be stood up to enjoy the view due to a high railing.

Some of the food ingredients and choices were low quality. The wine included was awful and there weren’t many cocktails included which would put me off choosing all inclusive again. 2 coffee machines is not enough at breakfast for the amount of people that want to make them. We were told we couldn’t access extra bottled water and when paying for all inclusive this was disappointing.

I appreciate the location and friendliness of the staff was on highest level. Also hotel was clean and modern.

I did not like the food at the restaurant. There was a plenty to choose from but not really tasty, the best part was the breakfast then lunch and dinner was a weak point. Also sometimes during rush hour it was hard to get a table.

Very clean and modern interiors, the sea view suites had a nice additional room making it very roomy. The balcony was large with a lovely view over rooftops down to the sea. It was overall quiet. Music performances finished at a reasonable hour, and different bands suited different tastes. Held by the pool usually it was fun to then dance in the poolside areas. A huge effort was put into the Xmas gala dinner event with sumptuous spread of all sorts of food. Each meal there was a wide variety to choose from, well-presented, and some cooked on the spot by request, while you watched eg fish , or breakfast omelette.

Literally, we liked everything! we liked it so much that we are returning back in autumn! The hotel facilities and amenities, staff, entertainment and most importantly overall atmosphere was superb! Thank you Melia Sol for a wonderful stay!

The only thing I’d mention would be food. The variety was good, however us being the “healthy” eaters, we found the food too greasy at times. even fish was fried in too much fat. The meat quality and variety could be improved. We found it surprising there was hardly any lean chicken served in the 9 nights we stayed. Nevertheless, we managed to find the dishes we liked and enjoyed them.

Gorgeous pool, nicely styled and kept super clean- Nice atmosphere, never too busy but has a nice buzz to it. Very helpful, friendly and professional staff, always around to help at all times. Spacious, clean, comfortable rooms- Nothing too fancy but just what we needed with rain shower and comfy beds. Great value for money suites compared to other hotels / room sizes. Nicely located less than 5 mins walk from a really excellent beach, 10 mins walk from the old town of Morro Jable and 10 mins walk from the modern part- The best of both worlds. Nice family atmosphere without being too over the top.

Buffet gets a bit ‘repetitive ’ with some odd choice, but I guess that’s what you get with all-inclusive. The food is fine with lots of choice though but it’s nice to eat out some of the nights for a bit of variety. Would have liked fresh juice at breakfast but the coffee & bread choices were excellent.

Great location. Great rooms. Great hotel. Lovely breakfast, great desserts, good pool bar snacks.

Some of the food wasnt very good (dinner). Some cold and uncooked fish. Some bland cooked vegetables. Bland pasta sauce.

The hotel is in a great location, two minute walk to the most stunning beach and from the strip with shops and restaurants. The hotel is very clean and looks stunning. The grounds and pools are immaculate and cleaned daily. The staff are really friendly, attentive and so helpful. Any requests we had were dealt with straight away with no issues. The entertainment staff were absolutely amazing! They go above and beyond to make everyone feel welcomed and included in activities. There is so much to do during the day and entertainment every evening. The kids club is really good and managed to a high standard. My son thoroughly enjoyed going and his confidence grew. Thank you so much to Dani, Juan, Pedro, Jorge and Nazaret for making our stay so much more special, you guys are totally amazing!

The food could be of a better quality. It’s not awful but it’s a bit hit and miss with certain dishes. We found certain things were over cooked and tough to eat but then on other days the food was really good.

The location is amazing. The buffet is really good, sometimes a bit repetitive and a bit messy. But the offer is really good.

The buffet is a bit messy, not super clean because of the amount of people eating at the same time. The staff is not enough to keep the space clean and organised. The buffet is really noisy as well in the pool where there are too much activities all day long and not too much space to rest. If you are travelling with your couple or family without kids… this is not the place to go. This is a hotel focused in kids.
