Pleasant and helpful staff. Karen at reception was extremely helpful. Food excellent - great choices. Room nice and quiet with very comfortable beds. Very clean and towels changed daily. Beach towels available. Nice to have a heated outdoor pool in January. Access to prom from hotel. Also commuter bus near hotel for Estepona Centro. Spacious Junior Suite.

Junior suite but no robes. No coffee machine. Most of restaurants in port area which required transport to and from, so half board best option. Hotel in residential area. Entertainment nightly - unfortunately does not end until 11pm so no question of an early night. 😩 Hotel beach could do with a cleaning.

Room was very spacious, liked having a mini fridge and couch to watch movies or read. Balcony had stunning views of the water and Gibraltar. All staff were amazing, so customer focused and friendly. Lots of activities that were very well run. Breakfast & Dinner buffets had lots of variety. Would be nice to have coffee after dinner but not available in evenings

Bath tub was tricky to get in and out, would prefer a walk in shower. Bed was hard as a rock, we mentioned to reception and they kindly brought up a pillow top (still too hard for me, I slept on the couch which was very comfy)

Customer service was great and the hotel very clean, the food was lovely too at the breakfast and dinner buffet with lots of choice.

During breakfast and dinner the staff although very nice and helpful were cleaning the tables with a desinfectant spray and were spraying it from atop and spraying everywhere tables were very close together so that meant that spray went on my food and face whilst he was cleaning the table beside, so I had to clean my face and and stop eating and then go up again to get new food as I wasn't going to eat food with spray! I understand the need to clean the tables but surely the spray could be applied carefully into the cloth away from clients and then used on the table, this was being done all across the salon and all the staff members applied the spray the same way.

- The location is great. Short cab ride to Estepona if you want to visit. - The hotel is well maintained generally, and is a lovely property, right on the sea as advertised. - The rooms are decent but see below. - As with all all-inclusives, the food can get a bit samey after time so I'd maybe go half board next time. The food was abundant and wide in choice.

- The shower leaked quite badly (terrible design), so we had to use towels to stop it soaking the bathroom floor. After asking reception twice, we gave up hope it might be fixed / improved.

Really enjoyed our stay. Staff were so helpful and courteous. The dinner buffet at night was really good, quality food. Would highly recommend a try. €30 per person well worth it! We had a Junior Suite Ocean room #436. It was beautiful with a 180 degree seaview. If you are given room #335 do not accept it! It’s got no seaview at all just a aroof to its right and a tiny glimpse of the sea!

The so called beach was rubbish. Not the hotels fault. But, whoever is in charge needs to clean it up and bring in new sand. It was a disgrace!!

Beautifully designed hotel, interior and exterior and swimming pool areas. Right in front of the beach. Very clean, comfortable rooms. Excellent food- very wide variety and absolutely delicious. Very professional, helpful staff. Very good and varied entertainment each evening ( singers; dancers; magicians; etc!). Perfect location to walk along the promenade to Estepona old and new town and easy to access Marbella, Gibraltar and other resorts, such as Sotogrande. Taxis are plentiful and get to the hotel within minutes. Uber is also available. We had a wonderful holiday!

The air conditioning was turned off for about four hours during the night. Maybe they won't do this at the height of summer ( we went in June) but really, they shouldn't do it at all! That would be our only criticism.

Friendly staff throughout. Nice aesthetic around the lobby pool and bar areas. Enjoyed the Spa and volcanic stone massage (one of the best I’ve ever had). Room was a good size and nice views. Breakfast Buffet was good. Around €5 in a can to port and restaurants.

Didn’t have coffee making facilities in the room, this is something I need first thing in the morning. The Shower was weak but believe that’s because of a water shortage in the area. Would have preferred a walk in shower than a bath tub and the mattress was a tad hard. The food in the pool bar wasn’t great.

The staff were lovely, so welcoming, helpful and always professional. The dining room was well set out the breakfast and evening buffet superb. A huge variety of fresh produce to choose from. The views were lovely, the pools a lovely area to sit with friends. The bedrooms and reception areas were well appointed and comfortable.

A minor point, concerns better signage for the underground parking. On arrival we asked a member of your cleaning staff, who was leaving the building, where the entrance was. To us, the entrance looked like a ‘delivery’ area for supplies and maintenance. There was no parking sign.

Very spacious room (501). Nice view to side of hotel overlooking next doors pool. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice to suit all tastes. pool was large and clean. Staff all very helpful when asked.

Hotel needs some or better air con in public areas. Carpets need vacuuming more often. No poolside service and sunbeds could all do with a good clean. Pool towel policy was a pain.

We were welcomed warmly by reception which set the tone for the duration of our trip. All the staff, dining room, bar staff and even the cleaners wore smiles on their faces and they were happy to laugh and joke with us. The hotel itself was beautiful and spotlessly clean throughout and in an excellent location with stunning views. This was my second visit to the H10 Estepona Palace, it will not be my last.
