Well, in the end we did like the simplicity of the concept: no reception or other staff in the building. The processes worked well. The room had fantastic views towards Ferrol from high up in the hills. Comfortable room and en suite

A bit "cold" atmosphere. Purely based on "function". Breakfast was a bit tense and a bit of a scramble at first, as there didn't appear to be enough for all the guests. However more provisions arrived later, coffee was not good quality. Location is a little strange. On the camino route, but in the middle of an industrial estate and a long way from any town. Local bar/restaurant closed their kitchen at 16:00. We went to the nearby supermarket and bought loads of snacks and that had to be our evening meal...

This is a hotel on an industrial estate. It was very new and the rooms were great with their own small patio. There was a restaurant but you had to book for the evening and it was very quiet - it seemed more of a day time venue. It was only 200m off the Camino but there was nothing to do of an evening. There was a working persons cafe across the road. The major benefit is that it was right behind the Gadis superstore so you could get your own provsions if you needed to get some food together for the evening.

Rather remote if you are on foot.

Very conveniently located only a few steps from the Camino. The staff is very friendly. The hotel seems to be relatively new and it's a no frills kind of place. The rooms are clean. They didn't seem to have too many guests and were running with a small crew. Hopefully others will enjoy the stay there and the business will pick up. Ah and the view from our rooms was amazing.

Clean, comfortable and on the Camino. Air conditioning and decent linens. A large supermarket next door and cafe across the road. A bar and dining area … some day. What little staff you encounter is very nice.

You have to get a code to get in, was sent the wrong code so standing out in the rain waiting for the new one. It was Sunday so supermarket was closed, the bar and dining area in the hotel is closed for renovations and the cafe across the road closes by 4. We had to order food from the hotel, they bring it from their Ferrol location at 8:30 pm and unfortunately it didn’t travel well and was cold and soggy. The hotel is in an industrial area and there is absolutely nothing in the area to do.

Clean, right next to Camino Ingles —great towels.

Check in is a bit odd —front doors locked, you have to send image of your passport to a WhatsApp number before you get a response- then someone magically appears from within. Just be warned that if you arrive on a Sunday -everything is closed (restaurants, both nearby supermercados) & you’ll be rummaging for food at the nearby gas station minimart.

It is a comfy place. My son and I arrived later than we expected. We were walking the Camino Ingles. So, no one was there to let us in. We had to figure out how to call the manager in order to get in. He gave us a code to get in. I think it was a language barrier that made it difficult. The place was clean and comfy.

We were walking the Caminho Ingles. The hotel is located directly on the route in a location with mercados within walking distance. The room was exceptional and a restaurant and bar located on the ground floor. Breakfast and dinner were available.

We can't think of any negative aspects regarding the hotel.

Great location for pilgrims on Camino Inglés. Large, clean and comfortable rooms. Excellent quality towels. Good hot water pressure. Terrific views over the Rio Ferrol.

Very disappointing breakfast. Fruit was old, bananas black. Cheese and toast not replenished. Needed to ask for cereal bowls and milk.

Light, bright, new. Good beds and bedding. Lovely cheerful dining room offering an excellent menu del dia. Very recommendable stop on Camino Ingles after the hill climb to Vilar de Cola. It is about 5 Km to Pontedueme.

It was all functional. A water glass or two would be a good idea.

Right beside the Camino Ingles, a very comfortable new hotel. Big supermarket next door for any needs. The check-in was automated with codes, which worked perfectly. The hotel staff were fast & responsive to requests for information. As there were no nearby restaurants, we ordered in from the hotel. The food was excellent, especially the Spanish tortilla (best ever!), grilled vegetables and croquettes. Staff were very friendly. A great and comfortable 1-night experience.
