Staff were always nice and polite. Our room was cleaned daily to high standards. Breakfast had everything you need and I really appreciated the chef making eggs to your liking. She was also really nice. I was never able to get poached eggs from other hotels so that was great! Gym and spa were pretty good.

Gym: treadmill and row machine need some maintenance. Treadmill was doing sudden stops and rowing machine was making loud noises. I don’t think there should be a charge to use the indoor swimming pool as it was way too cold to use outdoors. Sauna and steam rooms I understand having to charge but swimming pool should be free.

The hotel was clean and tidy, room was amazing (3rd floor with balcony facing the sea 😍) couldn’t fault it. Breakfast included and that was incredible. Dinner buffet for €25 per person was a steal. Lots of choice for every meal sitting. Pool was lovely, plenty of availability (yet people still leave towels on them outside of peak season 😂🤣). Location of hotel was also great, 20 mins walk to train station, plus local bus nearby. Just a stones throw away to the beach too.

Nothing we didn’t like about it. We will definitely go back next year.

What a very nice hotel with great staff, generously sized rooms and good facilities. The hotel was quiet {corridors a bit echo-y and noisy doors banging) but minor. Great pool area which led straight onto beach. Wonderful.

The location of the hotel is simply amazing: you are literally staying on the beach of the sea, close to all attractions, restaurants, bars, and... nature. Very friendly staff, good breakfast: I would definitely recommend everyone going to Malaga.

hotel management have to take a look at the reason and age groups why guests stay at the hotel. trying to run aquarobics at mid day and blasting load music at the guests around the pool I can say did not go well from the comments I was privy too. secondly if you have a smoking area like the outside balcony outside the 1st floor bar area ensure that the doors are closed so as prevent the smoke from making its way inside and inconveniencing those guests sitting in the lobby

It's our new place to go in Costa Del Sol. It's our third time in 13 months. Some of my party arrived 2 days after me and they managed to put our rooms together which I was very pleased with.

Disappointed that the outdoor pool was not in use. I didn't see any notification of being advised of this. I booked in for a massage and when I arrived I was not given a robe etc., just brought straight to massage room. Changed in the room. I redressed again in the massage room. I passed others in their robes as I left. I felt I missed out on the proper 'Spa treatment'. The person who gave the massage was excellent, however she appeared to be unwell, she needed to blow her nose a number of times during the hour. This made me very uncomfortable.

Front line beach hotel, location, friendly and very helpful staff, very nice pool. Great selection at breakfast and dinner at the buffet, and very very good food and service at the pool beach restaurant.

The sun beds could do with a soft mattress, as older people like myself with certain health issues found it really uncomfortable.

Breakfast was good, Good selection and very friendly staff. The room was cleaned every day. The beach is only a few meters away, but it is not exclusively for hotel guests; hence, you have to pay for the sunbeds there.

We found the pool area not clean enough. I wish the sunbeds and the patio were cleaned more often. In those 15 days, I only noticed cleaning once. Even though we wanted a quiet place, the hotel is quite far from the city centre. A bit too much walking for an hour, back and forth, if you wanted to see more of the nightlife and restaurants.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location is ideal—just off the motorway for easy access, yet incredibly peaceful. It’s only a few steps from the beach and a short walk to the town center. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We were pleasantly surprised to be able to check into our room early, and on our departure day, the hotel allowed us to store our luggage, enjoy the pool, and even freshen up with a shower at the spa. Truly above-and-beyond service! Our room and bathroom were spacious and spotless, and the balcony offered stunning views of both the pool and the sea. Breakfast was delicious, and the beach restaurant was equally impressive. A big thank you to the entire team for making our experience so memorable—we couldn’t have asked for more!

The hot and cold buffet breakfast was exceptional. It was a real treat to choose from so many items - all fresh and newly cooked - on offer …. and what discerning female would refuse the Cava and Prosecco keeping cold in the ice buckets ?? A unique hotel with friendly and helpful staff, situated in a quiet area of Fuengirola sited overlooking a sandy clean beach… Wonderous!! The bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious and along with the inside and outside areas being thoughtfully laid out - a truly gorgeous hotel.

Everything was superb …. even the April weather. I just didn’t like to end this holiday!
