Lovely big room in great guest house. Nice roof terrace. Great location in Gaucin.

Breakfast only served from 9 am which was way too late and they didn't offer us a packed breakfast (which quite a few other places on our trip had done).

Lovely location, beautifully decorated rooms and very clean. Breakfast was delicious.

There was an issue with our toilet and we were not told when we checked in. The staff on site did not speak English (only using Google translate) so it was difficult to resolve quickly. We ended up switching room. Our first room did not have air con just a fan so be mindful of this when booking during the summer months.

Lovely location with some rooms having fantastic views. Our flight was changed by 11 hours at the last minute resulting in us arriving at the property much earlier than expected, however the staff were very accommodating allowing us to leave our luggage. We had a lovely meal at the restaurant, not much choice for vegetarians but the mushroom risotto was really creamy and full of flavour.

The view from the hotel is absolutely breathtaking. The hotels restaurant has a Michelin chef and is very quaint. The rooms are very large with sitting areas and clean bathrooms, the hotel also has public sitting areas and a beautiful rooftop deck with a pool. The hotel was centrally located so it was very easy to sightsee, shop and visit restaurants during the day.

Not a complaint, but be aware that there isn't any parking very near the hotel. Also, the outdoor pool that is mentioned in the description is actually the municipal pool. It was closed for the season when we were there at the end of September so I can't provide any feedback on that.

The central location was amazing. The parking in GauGaucin is difficult but not just for the property. The room was clean and spacious. The restaurant which is on site but run as a separate business was fantastic and well worth a visit. Decor was tasteful and sympathetic to the building. Checkin was quick and easy

The mattress was a little soft for me, but my partner liked it and there were only two pillows so one each.

Great hotel when staying the night at Gaucin, which we did, as we were having dinner in the more than excellent restaurant Fructuosa. Rooms at the back have stunning views over the mountains/valleys. Parking is possible in the town, never more than a 10 min walk.

There was a small technical issue but owner already had appointment set to fix. (this is not a modern building) but great atmosphere.

Loved this place so much. What a nice, quiet break after Seville. Pilar, our hostess, was amazing. Delicious breakfast. We had dinner at the restaurant twice. The risotto was so, so good. Our room (le jardin) was huge and bed very comfortable. Can't wait to go back.

Nothing negative to say at all.

This is a gorgeously renovated house with beautiful rooms. Our bathroom even had a bath! As we were there in the low season, we were unable to try the breakfast or the restaurant. The beds were especially comfortable and the quality and quantity of the bedding was just right. There is a shared sitting room with books and games which was equally beautifully decorated. A perfect hotel.

The only minor issue was the noise of the few vehicles driving down the road outside the window - but hey, this is a village location, so there is bound to be some street noise!

Beautiful restored townhouse done in authentic Spanish style with stunning views of the village & across countryside to Gibraltar & Africa.

It was really far too hot not to have air conditioning but a ceiling fan. We did know hotel rooms had none but this hotel just didn’t have the thick walls, heavy wooden shutters & small windows to help keep room cool, which other similar hotels we have stated in had. We just didn’t sleep well & room very hot to relax in.
