The hotel looked very nice, with modern equipment. The employees were very kind. I would especially like to highlight the very good bath products. Beds were very comfortable. Rooms were quiet and we had a good sleep in the hotel.

The coffee was not to our taste. We expected a much better breakfast. Many locals park in the free parking spaces, so guests have to park in the garage, which is actually a fenced open-air parking lot.

Location was a little distant from center but well comunícated the hotel looked more like Ibis or a motel than a 4 star establishment The breakfast we didn’t try because of the price. However there was a decent cafe in the housing estate 500 m away

Good international standard, nice and helpful staff. Located out of the city center, easy parking in front of the hotel or on the streets around. Supermaket next door, CI shopping mall 2 blocks away. I didn't use breakfast option

First room assigned had a cigarette smell, replaced wihtout questions.

This hotel was in the perfect location for us, easy to find from the motorway and easy to get into the town centre by bus just a short walk from the hotel. There was a small supermarket next door which was handy for supplies. The breakfast on the hotel was more than sufficient for us with plenty of choice available.

Helpfulness of staff - tv wasn’t working and it was replaced within 10 minutes. All staff spoke good English. Location ideal for the motorway and for visiting Gijon centre. There was a supermarket next door for supplies. Breakfast and dinner were both excellent. Air conditioning in the room was very controllable.

It would be nice to have tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms.

We had a very clean room with a comfortable bed, a nice bathroom with all amenities in and everything working. Good soundproofing when the window is closed - we could not hear any noise from the street although our window overlooked a busy city road. Free parking is right in front of the entrance, it's small, but other option is on-street parking or paid hotel's parking. The city center is too far to walk, but easy reachable with a car.

There were 3 pillows and 1 hand towel for us (2 pers), and not enough sockets to charge all our devices. All lamps in the room simultaneously or on or off, no option to separate a desk lamp, for example.

Nothing - Gijon is not the most picturesque of towns in the outskirts but a short walk takes you down to the lovely seafront.
