Location is good, if you are traveling by car there is a petrol station with best price in town, service and staff of the hotel is good

We stayed more than 10 times in the hotel, so it’s a few things to change: - for years there are a lots of flies in the cafe (sticky tape can change it during Non-Working hours) - the hotel is slowly turning into a wreck (new wall paint can change everything) but price remain high (even higher than normal) - lunch and dinner are the same but price has been doubled

- The room was big and very clean. - The room had blackout drapes. - The room was cleaned well every time. - It felt safe. - The hotel had access to extra facilities like pool and gym. - The staff was friendly and helpful. - The hotel is not far away from the train station.

- The elevators are a bit small, even though they have a nice view (I prefer to use the stairs, but might be relevant for visitors). - The curtain of the bathtub required some fixing and was a bit hard to operate due to a problem on the rail.

The room was very pleasant with views towards the mountains and the breakfast was sufficient with the availability of hot bacon and scrambled eggs in addition to the buffet style bread and cheeses. About 15 minuets walk to the main station with trains to the centre of Barcelona and the airport.

I would suggest the lighting in the bathroom be adjusted to a warmer tone as was very bright white lights and not particularly cosy. Also seems small problems with sewage smells which we pointed out two times. Seems a water lock is missing so the smell seeps through the pipe. Probably quite simple but needs to be fixed. Some small cleanliness issues such as under the bed but overall a very pleasant stay.

The staff were friendly and the location suited our requirements. The evening meal was very good in the restaurant. The room was fine, good value for money. Check in was quick and easy.

Being on the first floor, I was disturbed by the sound of the ventilation system in my room despite my unit being turned off.

It’s affordable and very comfortable. Short walk to a bus stop from where you can take to the La Roca Village Outlet Mall. Staff was friendly and helpful.

No restaurants nearby except for a cafe in the morning and afternoon and a convenience store a distance away. The hotel has its own cafe and restaurant so that’s an option as well.

I like the staff was very helpful and friendly. the hotel was very nice clean and soft the room was very tidy and all day was cleaning my room . I like they give us Water bottle every day. The area was very safety and I am happy yo comedy back hear and tall my friends about this hotel

The hotel looks nice, the room was quite spacious, I liked the free secured parking also

A bit far from the train staion (looks close on the map, but it's actually 20 min walk)

Decent location as it is a pleasant 15 minute walk into the centre and easy parking (we have stayed here before but this time I came alone on the train). There are some decent running, cycling and walking areas around the hotel.

There should have been signs about the closing times of the pools and sports areas. I was unfortunate in that I had to queue to get a ticket for the inside piscine as there was a wedding party who arrived just before me. By the time, I got to the front of the queue, it was 7.40 (about 15 minutes waiting) and the pool closed at 8pm so there was no point in buying a ticket. I decided to use the outside pool and one of the employees came out at 7.55 and rudely ushered me to get out. More clarity, please.

Staff were great and always avaiable to give assistance. Nice hotel with good breakfest. Very good beds and quiet hotel.

on the 1st room the AC wasnt working but I the staff get me another room and everything was good.

Our room was spacious and the breakfast vas varied and delicious. Staff at recepiton friendly

Pillows too thin and not very comfortable. it would be great if tv had some English/international channels if you don’t speak Spanish
