Spacious room. Clean and comfortable. I had no need for hotel facilities other than the room. So neutral concerning anything other than the room.

Clearly I was there out of season. I saw the receptionist when I arrived. Only Spanish spoken. I had no further contact with hotel staff for the 5 days of my stay. The restaurant which I tried on the first night made it clear I was a nuisance actually wanting an evening meal. Again probably down to no common language I ate out from then on.

large comfortable rooms in characterful hotel close to the main square. small patios for use in good weather and sitting room with log fire for colder days. excellent restaurant highly recommended.

only criticism is a small one - no hairdryers in rooms. reception had one for general use but never knew where it was when I needed it. as the rooms were generally well appointed and comfortable (eg arm chairs and complimentary water on arrival), it seems rather petty not to leave a hairdryer in the room too.

The location was great and very convenient for walking out of the village. Very friendly staff and beautiful public areas. The hotel was very authentic and the dining area was easy to find. The evening meal we had on the patio was lovely.

Room was a little basic and the bathroom looked tired. Staff at breakfast spoke no English and we failed to get anything other than tostadas- would have loved yogurt fruit and cereals!

Very central so no need to use car which we left parked for visit yet quiet from outside noise. Breakfast as requested each day and served by a very pleasant lady.

Disturbed by early risers and their bathroom water and fans running. The bathroom fittings and shower need upgrading but the shower itself was excellent.

The room was very nice and the bed so comfortable. The bathroom was small but still nice and clean. The patio and the building itself were beautiful. Very friendly at the reception, everything went well and the lady was willing to help. They have a restaurant which is nice looking, the food there is really good. Breakfast offered as well. Really good place, would recommend!

I'm not sure if the staff was speaking English so I managed with my little bits of Spanish. Good experience though

Nice quiet, small place with a great location. Liked being able to relax in the lobby living room in the evenings by a fire in the fireplace.

Great value for money in a perfect location to enjoy the town.

The air-conditioning unit in our room wasn't working but they put a portable unit for us which was very kind.
