Hidden in a quiet Andalusian village, La Posada offers the perfect escape from daily noise and routine. The historic brick building has been beautifully adapted into a hotel that feels both authentic and refined, with rooms that rival four- and even five-star standards. The surroundings are idyllic: grazing cattle, soaring vultures, and silent mountain views that create a true sense of serenity. Internet was fast, the atmosphere peaceful, and the restaurant exceeded all expectations with locally inspired cuisine, fine wines, and prices that were surprisingly modest. Dining here felt as if the staff had been trained in Spain’s top establishments. Every detail radiated quality and culture, making this hotel not just a stopover, but a destination in itself.

Staff had limited English skills, and access by car through steep, narrow village streets may be challenging for less experienced drivers.

The apartment was spacious and clean. It has its own restaurant, Los Llanos is within steps away. The food was great. The staff were very friendly and helpful. As we had to leave very early in the morning, the breakfast was prepared for us the night before. They even brought a coffee machine to our apartment. Much appreciated. The location was good.

The bathroom is a little bit small but equipped. The kitchen has not got enough utensils. There was no kettle or hair dryer. I probably could ask the owner for them. Since we were only staying one night, we didn't feel the need to.

A small city-like village in the middle of nowhere. Very friendly, nice staff but obviously don't expect too much English (but you can practice Espanol). Great area for hiking, lots of birds of pray in the mountains around. If you want to work with laptop - this hotel has a very decent fiber internet, around 80/70 mbps down/up - I didn't expect it in such place. I wish there was an option to rent a bicycle - that could make my stay much longer. For convenience, you have also a nice restaurant in the same place, try some dishes here.

People were very welcoming, the room was clean and the food was good. Breakfast was rudimentary and fine. I booked during the power shutdown across the country which created some confusion but it all ended-up well. This is a small family-operated hotel ran with nice locals coming in and out, in an amazing environment! I’ll definitely return again.

Wonderful, traditional and cozy auberge nestled at the height of the village. Authentic, comfortable decor. Highly attentive and helpful staff, exceptional food. (This was our second time staying here, with reason, and we will gladly return when travel plans allows).

Lovely location and room was very authentic and comfortable. The staff...all the staff were superb...friendly and helpful and went out of their way to make us feel welcomed. When we arrived after walking and no lunch, despite the restaurant being busy, they rearranged everything to fit us in....we ate lunch and dinner and both were fantastic ...i wouldstay again just to eat there. The breakfast was exceptional value for money and again verytasty.

It was all excellent.

The staff are lovely and make you feel truly welcomed. The area is absolutely stunning, with incredible views of the mountains and a beautiful natural park all around. It's a perfect getaway for nature lovers and anyone seeking peace and tranquility!

We happened to stay during a cold period and getting the heating going was not obvious. A little set of written instructions might be a good addition.

Wonderful location in a small mountain village with great walking options and hiking the higher elevations. The rooms are modern and quiet and resturant on the premises.

Be aware location is in the old village and streets are narrow and parking is mainly a distance away.

The staff was wonderful. They handled my pathetic Spanish with grace and humor. The food good was good. Generally we had a very good time there. We were comfortable and happy there.
