Very clean hotel. Excellent choice of food at breakfast and dinner, friendly and helpful staff. The most comfortable bed and pillows ensuring a restful night's sleep. This is a great place to relax in the countryside and a good base to explore the surrounding towns and stunning scenery. We will return to this hotel in the future. Highly recommended.

Only complaint was when we decided to return to the hotel for lunch one day. This is provided at the pool bar. It was really crowded with only one member of staff, who was clearing tables, taking orders and dealing with payments. We waited for 25 minutes and then decided to go into Grazalema for lunch.

This hotel was a fantastic suprise. We didn't expect much, just a regular mid range accommodation but the was way above average experience. Super comfy beds and fantastic sound proofing made us sleep as family of 4 with a baby to 10.30! That never ever happened. It's super clean and people who work there are very professional. Big thanks to pay from reception who helped us solve some minor hiccups! View from hotel is gorgeous. Fresh air and calmed off the mountain were prefect. Dinner buffet was more then excellent with really fair price. Pool and jacuzzi were open to be used, there is billiard, flippers, table football. There is playground that ur kids enjoyed a lot and mini farm. If I could give resting higher then 10, I absolutely would! We would come back so gladly.

Fantastic views over a very wet and cool part of Spain! Staff were genuinely friendly and caring. Large lounge for relaxing and chilling. Very calm and relaxing ambience. Grazalema village short drive away, great starting point for hikes, weather permitting. Enjoyed our stay, as it was at the end of a very active holiday, and enjoyed the opportunity to relax. Would have loved to use the pool, but we arrived about a week after the warmer weather had ceased.

Rooms a bit dated, but clean and reasonable size. Certainly good value for money though.

Excellent breakfast. Friendly staff. Also had gluten-free options. Lovely swimming pool and jacuzzi. Wonderful hiking in the Sierra de Grazalema but need a car to access hike start points.

No view from balcony or sun on balcony as blocked by trees. This seems to apply to most rooms. No tea/coffee-making facilities in room even though Booking.ccom said there would be. Hotel said this only applied to more expensive rooms (but they provided a kettle and cups as a gesture of good will and said they wouldn't charge for this). Need a car as 5km from nearest village (Grazalema).

Food was amazing! We went half board and the breakfast and dinner were far better than any buffet I've had at a hotel before. Could tell the chefs took pride in what they were cooking, it was all delicious. For lunch we ordered from the menu and also delicious, couldn't fault anything. All the staff were so friendly and willing to help, we had such a lovely time here. The view of Grazalema over the mountains was great, we spent much of our time reading while sunbathing with the lovely view.

There was nothing we didn't like.

Breakfast and dinner were great (in the form of a buffet), and some food was cooked to order, like delicious veal steak, lamb, and fish, and a tasty omelette for breakfast. There are a lot of appetisers to choose from. Desserts served for dinner were really good, which doesn't happen very often, even in fancy hotels. The beds were huge and super comfy, and there were many pillows for different types of sleeping positions, which was actually amazing, especially for people who like to sleep on the side because most hotels provide big fluffy pillows that are only good for sleeping on the back. Large swimming pool and jacuzzi with beautiful views of the mountains. If I ever come back to Grazalema, I will definitely be coming back to this hotel. Lastly, just for information, because I regretted not doing it. It is cheaper to buy dinner included in your booking than to reserve it during your stay at the hotel; it costs 20 euros if you reserve before 8 and 26 euros if you show up without a reservation after 8 p.m. The hotel is not within walking distance of the town, where all the restaurants are, so if you don't have a car or want to have a drink, it is best to just eat at the hotel, especially since the food is really good.

Tap water wasn't available at the dinner; the waiter said that they don't serve it, but in the menu, it says that it is available, so you should solve that issue. Walls are thin, so it could be annoying if you have loud neighbours. :D

The staff! Nacho in the restaurant and Julia on the desk were both excellent as were all the staff here. Extremely reasonable for dinner, bed and breakfast!

It could do with a facelift - very 'traditional' rooms. No telephone charger for one of the two twin beds. I had to take the tv plug out and use that socket. Slightly disappointed with the terrace - the wall is high so you feel a bit hemmed in - should have made it in glass instead. Not in Graazemela, note - looks across the valley to the village of Grazemela so has a great view of the mountains. Can walk over to it, probably takes 45 minutes.

Great location, great pool, fun kids activity room, area for kids to feed peacocks, ducks, geese, chickens and lambs, nice buffet breakfast and dinner and superb views over towards Grazalema. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The machine coffee at breakfast was the worst I've ever tasted. Some of the items on the buffet at breakfast and dinner were poor quality.

Great location, beautiful views and very comfortable beds. Plenty of parking available and included breakfast was excellent.

Nothing, highly recommend staying here. A kettle with basic tea and coffee in the rooms would've been the only thing missing.
