Spacious room with 2 floors, although we didn't use the upstairs it had a small couch and extra tv, coffee facilities, no view. It gave the accommodation a large, roomy feel to it. The bathroom was exceptional with 2 showers, large mirror, lots of room and everything you would need. The bedroom had plenty of space to move around, nice decor, old furniture, dark green walls, tastefully decorated, lots of lights. I found it dark sometimes but that's just my eyesight and had to put on my glasses occasionally. I thought it was lovely. A fridge that was stocked to buy drinks if required. The hotel staff were really pleasant, parking was only 5 euros per night, the breakfast was buffet style, with plenty of choice. Within walking distance to watch the Andulasian horses at the school, about 10 minutes on foot, about 10 minutes on foot to the old town of Jerez de la Frontera. The place was amazing!

The air conditioning drove me nuts, I think the batteries were going on the remote. I told the reception staff so hopefully it will be fixed.

We were given a superior room which was absolutely delightful ... plenty of space and a small relaxing area upstairs Staff were helpful and friendly throughout Location was not right in centre but an easy walk which meant a little quieter as well which was lovely Breakfast had a great selection and was also very tasty

Although the room was lovely and spacious it was also a little dark... not much natural light through the windows and the room was missing a main light above to provide decent lighting

Close to the centre, staffed 24 hours with polite and helpful staff. Good size room with sofa and large bathroom.

It is quite noisy traffic wise as on a main road. Also it sounded like some small dogs had been left in the hotel room next door and were barking for extended periods. We were about to speak to reception but the owner must have returned. The coffee cups provided were small Espresso size - would be nice to have option of larger cups. The Bar facilities were shut but on the plus side our room rate was excellent.

20 minutes in taxi from the airport which cost just under 19 Euros and then booking into hotel went quickly and smoothly with the very efficient and friendly ALEX who was the same throughout our stay there .The room was quite big and the Aircon was perfect plus the bathroom was spotless and well equipped than the 4 stars suggest so we can definitely recommend this hotel to anybody + and the mattress was really good on the kingsize bed. Gracias to the night and day staff You deserve a raise

The supply of coffee and milk in the room could be increased daily but when I went to reception to get more there was no problem obtaining same and there should be a pricelist for the minibar. The bar downstairs didnt seem to be open at all and the swimming pool was closed for some reason but as I stated above We shall return

The staff were all friendly and helpful, the breakfast times were great for holidays (open until 11am) and the location was good for walking to local supermarkets, bars etc., though transport is needed for the city centre.

The parking was a bit tight, and you had to block the pavement whilst waiting to be buzzed in, although the desk staff were fairly quick at responding. The bedrooms weren't well lit for reading/writing, although that seems to be standard in many hotels nowadays.

Super comfortable and clean room, good enough breakfast (though the breakfast room is in the windowless and utilitarian basement area). Really helpful and friendly reception staff. Pool was a pleasure.

Wifi is tricky to access and the personal data "required" by the wifi host company for a guest to sign up is unnecessary and intrusive. Also, in many decades of travelling for both business and leisure I have never encountered a separate charge, even a nominal one, for a guest to use a pool towel. And this was a **** hotel!!

Good hotel, pretty cheap on a very quiet street and right in the centre of a city. They have a parking for 10 euro the night, but there can be no places - be aware. The room is good, the bed great 👍 All the facilities are also in good condition.

There is construction behind the hotel, so it could be noisy (I was on Saturday, they didn’t work). Also I am vegan and don’t eat sugar - so there was absolutely nothing for people like me at the breakfast.

The room was spacious and meticulously clean. We had a small sofa and chair in the room so could relax during the day. It was an easy 15 minute walk to the centre of town. The staff were lovely and the pool was a welcome bonus as the end of the day.

Just a tiny gripe, having to pay 3 euros to hire a towel each time seemed unnecessary. Otherwise all was good.

Beautiful hotel with period features. Lovely large room with a very comfortable large bed and a very stylish bathroom. Everything was spotlessly clean. The gentleman on reception was polite and spoke good English. The location of the hotel is ideal. Just a short 10-minute stroll into town.

The room was far too hot. We had to put the air conditioning on, but it was very noisy and not very effective. It made it very difficult to sleep.

This is a super nice hotel, and for us, was a great value at only about EUR60 a night. Its well located, right outside the Old City. Our room was a duplex in the annex, much larger and well equipped that I imagined. The breakfast buffet was good, too.

There is construction going on in the backyard - lucky we were there during a weekend and there was no work, but wonder what it might be like during the work week.
